This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their service was excellent, and they even escorted me to my room, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and pleasant. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. Every staff member I met was polite and always ready to help with a smile. I genuinely appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. Thank you for making my first visit such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at La Vela Khao Lak was nothing short of exceptional—an experience that perfectly combines modern luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly taken care of. The service throughout the resort is outstanding—attentive, warm, and highly professional. The housekeeping team, especially Ghing, deserves special recognition for maintaining our room (3347) to an impeccable standard every single day. The room itself was beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind. Culinary-wise, the resort truly delivers. Every meal was a delight, with high-quality ingredients and excellent presentation. Kokulo Restaurant stands out in particular, offering a fantastic selection and an outstanding buffet experience. We also really enjoyed Spices Restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet, which offers a wide variety of options—from fresh dishes to soups. A special mention to the staff at the egg and soup station—you are doing a great job! A very special thank you to Manager Sarah, whose kindness and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of the resort. She leads a remarkable team, and it clearly shows. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the wonderful bar team—Bay, Bang Meed, Pyee, and the entire crew, including Joo, CJ, Lei, Cess, Joyce, and colleagues. Your energy, friendliness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Miner’s Bar offers excellent cocktails and shakes in a relaxed atmosphere. A special thank you to Bang Aod and Bee—you both are fantastic! One small suggestion would be to consider adding a coffee machine to enhance the morning experience, as some guests may have to wait a bit for coffee. For coffee lovers, Cotton Café & Library is a true highlight—serving excellent espresso and cappuccino, complemented by delicious cakes and ice cream in a stylish and cozy setting. The reception team was consistently helpful and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to departure. Architecturally, La Vela impresses with its modern, stylish design and tranquil atmosphere. The resort offers a perfect balance between sophistication and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for a luxurious getaway. At Kokulo Beach Club, one minor aspect for improvement would be the music and sound selection. Many guests are older (60–80), and the current music didn’t really match the relaxing and refined vibe of the resort.

This was our second stay at the LaVela Resort. We booked our stay through Luxury Escapes, which offered a half board stay including a free flow drinks package. On arrival, we negotiated an upgrade from a deluxe room to a pool access room. This offered the chance to use a handrail in order to enter the main pool, and greatly improved our enjoyment of the 7 nights stay. The breakfast spread at LaVela is as always very impressive, with a very wide variety of staple selections available, supplemented by a daily special station. In my experience, this is among the best inclusive breakfast offerings in the Khao Lak province. We negotiated an upgrade on one of our evening meals to participate in LaVela's Lobster Seafood Buffet. This is an experience in itself. An incredible range of fresh seafood, Phuket lobsters and sashimi fish was available, as was a delicious selection of meat dishes such as wagyu beef, Australian lamb cutlets and fillet steak. All in all, LaVela again managed to impress in almost every detail.

ประทับใจมากกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ 😊 โรงแรมสะอาด บรรยากาศดี สระว่ายน้ำน่าเล่น เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนจริง ๆ ขอชื่นชม คุณน้ำฝน พนักงานต้อนรับที่ดูแลดีมาก ยิ้มแย้ม อธิบายรายละเอียดครบ ใส่ใจ และให้คำแนะนำเป็นอย่างดี รวมถึงขอบคุณ คุณมุก และ คุณกีต้า ที่ดูแลบริการสปาอย่างอบอุ่น แถมมีโปรโมชั่นดี ๆ ให้ใช้บริการ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รสชาติดี โดยรวมทั้งการบริการ ความสะอาด และบรรยากาศเกินความคาดหวัง แนะนำที่นี่เลยสำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักดี ๆ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

เพิ่งมีโอกาสได้ไปพักผ่อนที่ La Vela Khao Lak เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมาครับ บอกได้คำเดียวเลยว่าประทับใจตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่มาถึง สิ่งที่ทำให้เซอร์ไพรส์และใจฟูมากๆ คือความใจดีของทางโรงแรมที่อัปเกรดห้องพักให้เราเป็นห้อง Deluxe Seaview ห้องพักสวย สะอาด และเห็นวิวทะเลแบบเต็มตา ตื่นมาเจอวิวแบบนี้คือฮีลใจสุดๆ บรรยากาศรอบๆ ภายในโรงแรมตกแต่งได้อย่างมีสไตล์ ดีไซน์สวยโมเดิร์น ถ่ายรูปมุมไหนก็ปัง พื้นที่กว้างขวางและให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายอย่างแท้จริง แต่สิ่งที่ไม่พูดถึงไม่ได้เลยคือพี่ๆ พนักงานทุกคน ที่มีความ Friendly น่ารัก และเอาใจใส่ดูแลดีมากๆ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสพร้อมช่วยเหลือตลอดเวลา ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนมาพักบ้านเพื่อนเลยครับ ไฮไลท์ของทริปนี้ต้องยกให้ Kokulo Beach Club เลยครับ ไลน์บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารอร่อยและมีคุณภาพมาก บรรยากาศริมชายหาดคือดีงามสุดๆ แถมยังมีโชว์ควงไฟสุดอลังการและโชว์บาร์เทนเดอร์ที่สนุกสนานตื่นตาตื่นใจ ถือเป็นค่ำคืนที่พิเศษมากๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม มีข้อแนะนำเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เพื่อการปรับปรุงในส่วนของห้องอาหารเช้าครับ วันที่ไปทานรู้สึกว่าการเติมอาหารค่อนข้างช้าไปนิดนึง และการจัดวางไลน์อาหารค่อนข้างไปกระจุกอยู่ในโซนเดียวกันมากเกินไป ทำให้ช่วงที่คนเยอะๆ พื้นที่ตรงนั้นจะดูแน่นและเดินค่อนข้างลำบาก ถ้าสามารถกระจายจุดวางอาหารหรือเร่งสปีดการเติมอาหารอีกนิดจะสมบูรณ์แบบมากๆ ครับ แต่โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมและคุ้มค่ากับการมาพักผ่อนอย่างแน่นอน มีโอกาสกลับไปซ้ำอีกแน่นอนครับ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Vela Khao Lak last Saturday, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the hotel for their incredible generosity in upgrading our room to a Deluxe Seaview. The room was pristine, beautifully designed, and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean that made every morning magical. The overall ambiance of the resort is exceptionally stylish and modern, with stunning architecture and plenty of great photo spots. Moreover, the staff here are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their warm hospitality and constant smiles made us feel completely welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The absolute highlight of our trip was dining at the Kokulo Beach Club. The buffet selection was delicious and high-quality, perfectly complemented by the vibrant beachfront atmosphere. The spectacular fire show and the entertaining bartender performance were top-notch and added so much excitement to our evening. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the breakfast service. We noticed that food replenishment was a bit slow, and the buffet line setup was a bit too concentrated in one single area. This caused the space to get quite crowded and tightly packed during peak hours. Spreading out the food stations and speeding up the refills a little would make the breakfast experience flawless. That being any case, it was still a fantastic stay. La Vela Khao Lak is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!
