El hotel nos encantó, fuimos con mi marido y nuestros dos hijos de 7 y 12 años. El personal muy amable con nosotros, y muy atentos a todo. La habitación muy comoda y excelente limpieza, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía excelente. Mucha variedad de comida en desayuno, almuerzo y cena, y variedad de bebidas amplia. Una mención especial para Daniela y las chicas del kids club, mi hijo de 7 años la paso excelente allí, tanto que no quería volver. Y Dani muy atentamente me enviaba fotos de las actividades que hacían. La verdad unas genias las chicas, muy buen lugar para los niños!!!!❤️ A mí criterio algunas cositas a mejorar: * El check in es muy lento, al momento de llegar tuvimos 2 horas de demora con 4 familias delante. Creo que podría agilizarse ya que uno llega de muchas horas de viaje * Llego a la habitación y al momento de querer darme un baño, me doy cuenta de que no había acondicionador para el cabello, yo tengo el pelo larguísimo y fue un contratiempo. Me acerqué a comprar a un negocio dentro del hotel y me cobraron $$20, una locura el valor! Pero bueno, necesite resolver rápido ( creo que así como hay shampoo y jabón, debería haber acondicionador del cabello) * Estaría bueno tener música en los distintos sectores de playa y/o piscinas como para hacer más ameno el tiempo de permanencia. Salvando esos detalles, todo excelente. Sin dudas, es un lugar al cual volveríamos a vacacionar!!!!

I, absolutely, love this resort. We have been many times since 2010. The are constant upgrades to the facilities. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, love the addition specialty restaurants (make sure you book as soon as possible). Spa is refreshing spot to take a break. The afternoon/evening taco and burritos restaurant satisfies the cravings for authentic taste of Mexico. One of my favourites is the Cupcake café but I am a bit bias as I love most things coffee related. Not too far from many excursions or from 5ave (popular shopping area). Highlight of this trip is one of the servers from the Festival Hall, Mr. Rigo. A very lovely man with a fantastic memory for faces. He recognized my husband from our last trip and makes a point of making sure every night is a very enjoyable experience. He even got us something special for our anniversary. Thank-You, Mr. Rigo and Sandos. Improvements could be more attention to the private pools for skimming debris from the water, the railing by main pool (59 on the map) is really loose and at the top of the stairs at the Royal Elite family pool (61 on the map) is very slippery on the top of the stairs leading to the square beds, I did see a few people slip there.

Sin dudarlo lo mejor que tienen es la comida! Suele preferirse buffet a los restaurantes tematicos. Ademas el servicio de mesa es muy atento y cordial, podemos destacar a Rigo quien nos recibio en estos quince dias siempre con una sonrisa. No dejen de ir al restaurant el gaucho. El chef francisco es un genio! Todo riquisimoo y lo decimos con conocimiento porque somos 5 y probamos todos los cortes!

El lugar hermoso, quiero especialmente agradecer la atención desde el día que llegamos de Christian en la barra de la piscina familiar. Siempre atento y atendiéndonos de la mejor forma. El chico Luis que trabaja en el Asana, que excelente su atención!! De lo mejor del hotel! Laura de entretenimiento nos hizo una hermosa clase de aqua zumba y nos informó sobre actividades de entretenimiento en el hotel. A mejorar pondría música en la piscina para que sea más divertida la estadía.

The best 3 things about this resort: 1) ocean/beach - amazing!; 2) beds & pillows - super!; and 3) bread at the buffet. "Select Superior Adults Only" room was a step up from a Super 8 but not as nice as standard all inclusives. 5 gallon jug of water on a stand at room temp in place of bottled water in fridge. Ocean was amazing, crystal clear and 100 yards out was just above waist so no swimming ability needed but beware: SEA LICE! Stood in restaurants for 10 min waiting for someone to show up. Buffet was worst food I've had at all inclusives in 20 years. Bar & bartenders on beach were excellent. Food on beach was not excellent. Ketchup didn't quite taste like ketchup. Hot dogs didn't quite taste like hot dogs, wings were tasteless and cold. No reservations could be made for dinners as they were sold out until after our stay. Not well run but the ocean was wonderful and I'd return just for that.

Disons un petit 4 étoiles Positif: -grande chambre familiale avec de grand lit -belle plage -propreté partout sur le resort -très bonne nourriture -drink très bon -la végétation est belle -présence d’animaux (chats, singe, etc) Négatif: -check in désastreux. Une heure à attendre en ligne - pas d’eau chaude (ou presque) dans la chambre -un matin pas d’eau du tout dans la chambre (donc pas de toilette) -tout les serveurs du resort on l’air tanné de voir des touristes -les chaises et l’ombre sont très loin de la mer -beaucoup de harcèlement pour des upgrades sur le resort ou pour le spa -application pour les restaurants qui ne fonctionne pas -ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas -animation douteuse et seulement des spectacles de musique (pas super) -le site est très grand et il y a très peu de petit bus. Beaucoup de marche à prévoir -le buffet déjeuner proche de notre chambre a été fermé du a l’occupation trop faible de l’hôtel. Au final l’hôtel était loin d’être plein, et le plus gros avantage c’est qu’il y avait des chaises de disponible partout. C’était pas déplaisant comme séjour mais clairement on essaiera autre chose la prochaine fois.
