Karla was awesome she was engaging and very friendly . Nahum , Erika J.Carlos at the seasons restaurant were fantastic . Romario & Nico are awesome night entertainment the fish tacos at st.trop was phenomenal, I personally Wish the room were a little more kept up, unfortunately we had mold in our room (lamp shades, curtains,,,)... The toilet was cracked The tank and the inside of the bowl, but The balcony view did not disappoint, it was a lovely view of the ocean and of the pool areas . Next door AC was loud and unfortunately it wasn't as peaceful as I would have liked to watch the ocean in there morning listening to the waves and drinking coffee but you eventually get used to it. I would 10000% recommend Mili and Esther at the spa, we went twice as it was absolutely amazing!!! The sauna / cold plunge was great before our massage / facial treatments.

Overall a great hotel and very fun experience! Came for 4 nights and every second of it was very fun! Service in and out of the restaurants is great!! Pedro took care of us at Seasons and did a great job, Miguel was awesome at Gaijin and all the restaurant staff was awesome! Romario, Josh, Karla and Mitzi and all the pool entertainment staff were awesome and had such fun entertainment planned out! Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Only complaint which isn’t a real complaint is the pools get a little warm in the afternoons. Property itself is beautiful and the hotel is well taken care of. Definitely worth visiting. Very good experience overall definitely recommend to all!

No sabía qué esperar y me llevé puras sorpresas positivas. Primero cenamos en el restaurante italiano. ¡Está buenísimo!. Los platillos son pequeños, perfectos para probar un poco de todo. El sabor es excelente. La atención de Bornai, Balam, Adda, el chef Michel y su staff fueron inigualables. Mención honorífica a Lorenzo que nos trató de maravilla en todo momento. El restaurante Zango, que es como de Buffette, está normal-bien. Reconocimiento a Alan que nos hizo un “Café Maya” súper cool, flameado y muy rico. No se pueden perder cenar en el restaurante de teppanyaki. Hay que reservarlo con tiempo pero vale la pena. Miguel nos hizo un súper show y la comida estaba espectacular. Lástima que solo alcanzamos a ir una vez. Lo habría repetido sin duda. En las actividades de entretenimiento, Fátima, Geremy, Nico y Josafat (mejor conocido como Romario) mantienen vivo el ambiente y la diversión de forma muy respetuosa, amable y alegre. No caen en ser "pesados" como luego pasa en otros hoteles. Todo lo contrario. ¡Son tipazos! El Máximo shout out es para LOS SHOWS DE LA NOCHE. Aquí sí superaron por mucho mis expectativas. Nos tocó ver el show de Elvis (que es con músicos en vivo) y el show de Michael Jackson con un crew de excelentes bailarines y un imitador impecable. El hotel en general está chiquito y las habitaciones podrían sentirse un poco desactualizadas pero no por eso dejan de ser muy cómodas. Creo que cuenta con lo necesario. Cumple y supera las expectativas. Gran relación costo-beneficio.

Very clean pools, fun & entertaining events throughout the week (every day!!), and highly attentive staff who were willing to help us with all of our questions. Food was very delicious in each restaurant especially the buffet and Seasons. I had the pleasure of having Fredy as my server at Seasons and he attended to my table with great care and hospitality. I’m vegan and he made sure I had a comfortable and inclusive experience— the highlight of my time at the restaurants at Sandos. Thank you so much, Fredy!!! I would also like to thank Maria at concierge for going above & beyond for helping us with an international debit card issue. She helped us for over an hour trying to call my bank and lended us her own phone when we couldn’t call initially. We sorted our issue eventually and Maria made sure we were taken care of throughout it. Thank you so much, Maria!!!

Excelente servicio de los meseros Rocio y Gabriel. La comida tiene buen sazón y está muy rica con buena variedad. Las pizzas del área de snacks están deliciosas. El personal es super amable, atento y tienen siempre la intensión de ayudar. Los cuartos están limpios pero no tienen muchas conexiones de luz para conectar dispositivos son limitadas. Los baños de la alberca ocupan revisión más constante ya que suelen estar muy encharcados y un poco sucios.

Excelente atención de Carlos del restaurante internacional Season. Nos sorprendió los menús, riquísimos, si te gusta agridulce no podés dejar de ir y probarlo. El lugar muy bello, muy bien ambientado estéticamente, música suave. Hoy estuvimos es Fratini's y la verdad nos despedimos del hotel con la atención de Lorenzo excelente asesoramiento. Exquisita la comida por el cheff Ricardo. Alejandra en el spa fue muy atenta con los masajes, descontractura el cuerpo y la mente. Un espacio para recargar las buenas energías. No hay que perderse la experiencia un lugar de mimos a las sensaciones para retomar energía y programar para volver 🫶
