Stayed 6 days, 5 nights in a Junior suite and it was very much outdated. No refills on handsoap in room. Towels were stained with old blood. No pool staff for drinks or food. Buffet and restaurant hours are so limited you literally have to be at the resort to enjoy them. Buffet food was okay, for it being family friendly they don’t cater much to kids if your child has any sensory issues with food. If you do an excursion forget about it, there is just room service which isn’t much to choose from. Fries were cold when we ordered room service with a cheeseburger. Tattoo shop was closed the whole weekend. I would never stay at this resort again. If you aren’t a “member” then you totally get overlooked.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue fantástica de principio a fin. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, las habitaciones son cómodas y el servicio general del personal es de primera calidad. La oferta gastronómica fue variada y deliciosa durante toda la estancia. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo especial nuestras vacaciones fue el equipo de animación. Tienen una energía increíble y se aseguran de que siempre haya actividades divertidas para todas las edades, sin llegar a ser desmedidamente desordenados. Gracias por todo tu apoyo Miguel

I had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights and I’ll start off by saying I wish I had stayed longer! This resort gives you nothing short of a 5 star experience! We had arranged to be picked up from the airport which was a huge plus! The staff is very very friendly and very attentive to their guest. The rooms were very clean, the pool was awesome with their cave swim up bar. We caught the foam party at the pool and it was out of a movie! Everyday there are activities for the guests. They also give free scuba diving lessons. The drinks were amazing as well. We took a boat to Isla Mujeres for a day and that was another unforgettable experience! The dining experience was also top notch. From breakfast to dinner time.I recommend this resort to everyone!

Extrêmement déçu! Pour un Iberostar et le prix que nous avons payé pour la famille au complet très déçu. Premièrement nous avons attendus un délai de 1h40. Une fois rentrer au bistro Le service etait lent. Nous avions l’impression de déranger. Il fallait courir après le service pour obtenir un verre de vin. Nous avons commandé 5 steaks. Les steaks servis étaient tous de portions différentes. J’ai commander une soupe qu’ils avaient oublier. Ils ne l’ont remis en meme temps que mon plat principal. Et comble du comble mon plus vieux à trouver un cheveu dans l’assiette. Ce qui nous a tous totalement coupé l’appétit. Un autre steak n’était quasiment que du gras inmangeable. Je suis fâché et extrêmement déçu. Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce moment. Pour une place coter 5 étoiles j’aurais espérer une meilleure que dire une simple qualité de viande pour leur steaks. Si vous venez au Iberostar éviter le bistrot l’étoile à tout prix. Nous nous sommes plaint à l’hôtesse avant de partir car je ne comprends pas du tout cette expérience désastreuse que nous avons vécus! Bref nous ne retournerons plus jamais au Bistro l’étoile au Iberostar Paraiso maya suites! Totalement désastreux de À a Z… dommage

My Family and I recently visited Iberostar Maya Suites. It was a great experience. From the water area (pool/wave pool/waterslides/spray park), to the restaurants, to the rooms everything was nice and comfortable. The food was great, with many selections that all age groups would enjoy. Best Restaurant's in my families opinions were the Japanese and Seafood restaurant's. The service provided by the workers was great. Everyone was a great host. But the Concierge workers were amazing. Always were willing to help or point us in the right direction. One lady in particular stood out to our family, and her name was Iliana. She met and helped us starting on our second day there. She was very professional and very knowledgeable on the inner workings of the resort. She helped us find our way around the resort the the first few days, and continued to make sure we had no issues throughout the rest of our vacation. People like her definitely make a vacation experience like this much easier and comfortable. This is a resort my family and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing all-inclusive experience.

This resort is absolutely amazing! The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the level of customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, and the bartenders were especially personable and attentive. One thing that really stood out was how well maintained the resort was. No matter where we walked, we never saw trash or areas that looked neglected. The grounds were beautiful, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep everything in excellent condition. The restaurants offered a wide variety of options, and the food was consistently good. There was something for everyone, making it easy to find meals that our whole family enjoyed. The resort itself is quite large, so it takes a couple of days to learn your way around, but that's because there is so much to do. For families with children, this place is outstanding. Every evening there was entertainment, whether it was a performance in the theater or an event on the beach. Some of our favorites included an incredible fire show and a night of theme songs and family-friendly entertainment. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would return in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-maintained resort with excellent service and plenty of activities for both adults and kids, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
