Under construction, more than half the resort is inaccesible. So many rules about where you can and can’t go and when; the week felt very restrictive. The food is horrible. We were actually looking forward to having breakfast at the airport for something other than the food at this resort. Was here for a wedding and the coordinator was MIA, flowers were late, we were an hour late to get started, and they cut our reception early.

En general la experiencia fue buena, aunque me toco hospedarme con ellos en epoca de sargazo. Los restaurantes de especialidad son una delicia. La habitacion era amplia, limpia y comoda. El trato del personal fue muy amable, en especial la gente de recepcion. Dicho esto he de hacer el comentario de como todo esto queda empañado por la insistencia a venderme una de sus membresias. Desde el primer dia que puse un pie en sus instalaciones me acosaron a diario para vendermela. Cometi el inocente error de aceptar la charla el ultimo dia de mi estancia. Fue un dolor de cabeza de varias horas. Culpo al hotel y a la cadena mas que al personal. Parecian asustados de tener que dejarme ir una vez que ya habia dicho que no. Se esforzaron encerio y me mejoraron mucho la oferta inicial, pero me quitaron 3 horas de mi ultimo dia lo cual me enfado muchisimo. La experiencia inicial quedo empañada por esto ultimo.

Estuvimos por 3 dias con mi esposo y amigos ,un total de 11 personas. Mi experiencia . Las habitaciones excelente estaban muy bonitas, grande y con una vista espectacular a la piscina . Lo unico que no me gusto ,era que despues del desayuno ya no habia nada para comer asta las 12:30 del dia porque todo estaba cerrado ,. No se me hace justo que uno durante el dia no haiga nada abierto,y en la noche en un todo incluido ya no habia para tomar bebida. Los restauranes sinceramente estaban espectaculares ,muy buena atencion y buen servicio

Not too far from the main strip in tulum. Cab rides are expensive about 60usd one way. The resort is nice but a bit dated. Facilities could be better. Raul is an amazing bartender. He makes the best mojitos, probably the best bartender on the resort. Make sure you look for him if you’re visiting .

Good: pool grounds clean, lots of greenery, santos waiter at pool area and geysler was top tier, both of them were excellent but Santos really was on top of everything. Reyes was also excellent Maintenance responsive Has 24 hr room service Waiters at seagrill and Asian restaurant were good also Bad: app doesn't correlate with activities and restaurants open, limit activities some days. beach is not usable due to Sargassum and the smell it horrid, food is not very good most of the time. They serve old chicken and hash brown some days unseasoned, breakfast buffet was very limited, speciality restaurants outside of seagrill and Asian so far not the best. lots of swine not a large variety of food containing other meats tons of veggies tho, some restaurants open 2 or 3 at most out of 7, first come first serve they can be selective on who they make wait to be seated. Room service you have to call from room vs request from app. Doesn't seem they have a lot of staff. Some doing multiple jobs. wasn't told it was construction and my room I order wasnt available initially was placed in a ground floor room away from everything smelt like mildew then switched us to another room bigger better location better view but very dated after complaining. Never was told by hotel of construction or room change. They did give us complimentary canopy sun beds at the beach but it smelled and looked so bad in the preferred sections not worth going as no one of there. Preferred section and added benefit was a waste truly. We switched to the pool area. No food options outside of burger and fries from 1030-630 some days but other days buffet open and unless your in your room and get room service but that menu also limited. Entertainment again is not the best but it's ok. Not a lot of stuff to do after 10 or 1030 once show end. No real amenities for it sport bar be dead. I had to ask for robes and shoes smh. Doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel maybe a 3.5 or 4. Not sure if it's better once construction stop I wouldn't stay again some of the four star hotels run circles around this so call dream resort

Estuve este fin de semana con toda mi familia. Fue una gran experiencia. Lo que mas nos encantó fue la amabilidad de TODOS los trabajadores. Son realmente serviciales, incluso con nosotros los turistas nacionales. El hotel no es muy grande, pero de cierta manera eso es bueno. Las piscinas, los restaurantes y demás servicios estuvieron de 10. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue el sargazo. Pero es comprensible. Espero poder ir de nuevo en temporada donde no haya nada de sargazo. Ronni del equipo de animación, junto con los meseros Angel y Carlos; fueron muy amables con mi familia. Recomiendo este hotel ⭐️👍
