Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and our room was spotless, clean and always tidy. Whenever we needed anything, our requests were handled quickly and efficiently 😍 A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Aimee, who was kind very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to organise a wonderful surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary, which truly exceeded our expectations. Her thoughtfulness made our celebration even more special. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so memorable! ❤️

We had one of the best vacation experiences, as this hotel truly lived up to our expectations. We always received excellent service from the staff whenever we needed assistance resolving an issue or simply required services across the various areas—including the restaurants, pool, courtyards (Red and Blue), café, and bar, We would like to highlight the service provided by Ms. Angela (waitress in the Blue and Red Patio). We experienced some issues with transportation and a tour we took to Isla Mujeres, but fortunately, the general manager handled the situation, providing us with quick and effective solutions: We were moved to a different room to compensate for these incidents, and we were much more comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the daily attention we received; the staff would call or write to us to ensure we were getting the best possible care. Thank you very much!

Hard Rock Rivera Maya is fabulous. Everyone was super friendly, whether it was sunny and 85 or a monsoon..Not one person didn't make me feel special. We had a such a great time..The resort is the perfect size, there are just enough restaurants to have a variety of meals for a seven night stay. Faro is a great buffet spot for lunch, room service was quick and delicious. The pool was refreshing and the Pina Coloadas were fantastic. The private dinner was a great way to end an amazing vacation. The hotel staff went out of their way to find the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers games. Can't wait to get back!

We visited Hard Rock Riviera Maya Sept 9-18, 2026. We had an excellent time and will return. It is the staff and excellent service that keeps us coming back! Paola and Omar were our butlers and they did an excellent job! They were always there to help out with whatever we needed! They arranged our dinners, transportation, seats at the pool, and checked in with us numerous times during the day. We were very pleased with the level of service. Elias, who is in charge of all the butlers, even came and visited us several times to make sure everything was going well. Faro is our favorite breakfast spot. It is on the Heaven/Adult side. It is buffet, with omelet stations, a sweets station, bread station, and others. We love going there to see our favorite manager, Maria and her wonderful staff. Jessica seats us every day with a smile, and Mac and Walter are our servers. We always ask for them in particular. Mac helps my husband (who is disabled) carry his food back to the table, and gets him fruit from the fruit bar so he doesn’t have to make extra trips up to the buffet. We went to Toro twice, just to see Ricardo! It was our 41st Anniversary and Ricardo made sure it was extra special with wonderful desserts that were personalized with our names! We spent every day at the Rhythm (quiet) Member Pool. There are only about the 20 seats there and it is small and relaxing. Diego, our bartender, made some wonderful drinks and Osvaldo and Jesus got our drinks and food, and were always checking to make sure we had what we needed! Overall our food was excellent and we enjoyed several of the nightly shows. We especially like the Michael Jackson, Queen, and Neon Human shows. There are areas for improvement, especially in the maintenance. They are renovating Building 1, but they need to look at elevator maintenance. We visit several times a year and my husband uses a scooter and cannot do stairs, so elevators out of service create a major problem for us. We really like HRRM and will definitely be back because we love the staff!

Jim L Awesome vacation resort From our arrival to departure everything was awesome! Shoutout to Luis & Diego who were outstanding !! Best teammates, really worked hard together to make our stay unforgettable 🙏 Our room was a little outdated but comfortable. Hotel had a very good vibe. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Everything connected very easily & we felt very safe. Golf cart transport was a plus! Our room view was great & made our mornings special ❤️. Restaurants service & food was great!! Price paid was a very good deal for what we experienced . Daily evening entertainment was a plus 👍 And the sunsets were amazing 😁. Will be going back !

We had an amazing vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya! The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. From the moment we arrived until after we returned home, the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One thing that really impressed me was how honest and caring the staff was. At checkout, I accidentally left my jacket behind. When I contacted the hotel, they had safely stored it for me, which showed how trustworthy they are. Another example of their outstanding service happened when my daughter developed a rash after swimming in the ocean because of the seaweed. We asked if the resort had a medical team, and they responded immediately. They provided a cream that helped her feel much better, and we were so grateful for how quickly they took care of her. The biggest surprise came after we had already left. My daughter accidentally left behind her baby blanket and favorite stuffed animal. We realized it at the airport and called the hotel right away. The staff found both items, kept them safe, and even arranged international shipping back to the United States. A couple of weeks later, the blanket and stuffed animal arrived at our home. That level of customer service is truly exceptional. One recommendation I have for anyone visiting is to bring some cash for tips. Even though the resort is all-inclusive, the servers, bartenders, housekeeping staff, and everyone else work incredibly hard to make your vacation special. Even a dollar here and there is appreciated. Just because your meals and drinks are included doesn't mean the staff doesn't deserve recognition for their outstanding service. We tip restaurant servers in the United States, and I believe these hardworking employees deserve the same appreciation. This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. The beautiful resort, excellent food, clean rooms, and incredible staff made all the difference. I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We will definitely be back!
