There are simply no words to describe how amazing this place is! ❤️ The staff are absolutely exceptional. I have never met such kind, attentive, and genuinely caring people at any hotel. Every single member of the team welcomes you with a smile, takes great care of every guest, and makes you feel truly special. You can see that everyone notices it. The location is perfect, and everything about the hotel is outstanding. A special thank you to the gentleman in the restaurant/bar who speaks Russian—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. And of course, the ginger cat is the hotel’s little star! Both children and adults absolutely adore him. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable. It was genuinely hard to leave because of your wonderful staff. We will definitely come back! ❤️

Hi, I was in Cyprus many times, during all seasons. I like to be there in May and I have booked this hotel for our vacation at the mid May, at the beginning of February. After that Cyprus was involved in some kind of attack (drone) due to war near their country. We didn't feel safe to go to CY so I wrote couple of e-mails to the hotel in March. Marketing department wrote me back with explanations (mostly that all is perfectly fine) but no refund or some other dates for my vacation. We have decided not go there and we lost entire sum. What really disappointed me is that fact that hotel have sent me mail on May 23, 2026 asking about our experience and sharing that experience on TripAdvisor or Holiday Check. So, they didn't even notice that we didn't come 😞 We are, all, just one e-mail address in the list, no individuals, no persons... I sent back email telling them that we didn't come but they said no word (at least some kind of apology).

I recently stayed at River Rock Hotel for 5 days and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located — within walking distance from the beach, shops, and many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, from hot dishes to fresh fruits, pastries, and more. It was well-prepared and satisfying, especially for a 3-star hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped. While simple in decor, they were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a good job daily. One of the standout features was the staff — always smiling, helpful, and professional. Whether at reception or in the restaurant, the service was friendly and efficient, making the stay more enjoyable. We also had a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant for both lunch and dinner on several occasions. The food quality was consistently very good, with generous portions and a decent menu selection. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service remained attentive even during busier times. Overall, River Rock Hotel delivers great value for its category. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a good location with excellent service and food.

Lovely hotel, always nice and clean. Head waitress is so kind and so is the receptionist that starts at 10am. Rooms cleaned daily and great location, 5 min walk from beach and the party strip.

Great stay overall ,nice hotel with the needed amenities for the summer. Big highlight is the staff especially the Receptionist Petra and the Head Waitress. They were kind and helpful and they made our stay memorable. Will be back for sure!

I was at the hotel for 4 nights, the place is great. Petra welcomed us at the reception with such a smile and a desire to help with everything we asked her, she is lovely, the breakfast is very rich with a wide variety of foods and was great, on the last day the flight was at night and Petra said we could come after check-out to get a shower, towels and soap, the only thing we were not happy with was the water flow in the shower, maybe it was just our room because we got a place to shower, it was no problem, thank you very much and thanks to Petra P. S all the staff is great !!!!
