My wife, child, along with my parents stayed at this ama zing resort. The views are breathtaking and the ocean, though not swimmable on resort is absolutely stunning to watch the waves crash in... There's a local beach less than 10 minutes away to walk. Service was great and accomodating to anything we wanted. The staff are extremely friendly and interactive with kids and adults. Staff like Emanuele, Carmen, Yuki and Nadia get the party started every morning and at the party as well at night. The Little things like remembering guest names show that they are and are invested in what they do! Amazing Trip!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this resort for a friend’s wedding. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very clean. One of my favorite parts was the “White Party” on Wednesday, attend if you are able! I have Celiac disease, and there were plenty of gluten free options at each restaurant which I really appreciated. The fact that staff immediately asked if anyone had an allergy when dining was impressive and appreciated. Our room was very clean and restocked multiple times during our stay. I can’t say enough about how helpful, kind, and hard-working each and every staff member was. I enjoyed getting lattes early in the morning and even late at night. The entertainment and activities were great! Pools were very clean and kept up. One morning we walked out on the beach to watch the sunrise and saw whales, which was an incredible experience. We also had a very relaxing couples massage at the spa and I would highly recommend going! This was one of the best trips, we will definitely be back!

Experience was phenomenal with great service, beautiful view to the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast buffet at Don Diego had a great variety, amazing staff always attentive. Cupcake had a wide selection of drinks, from smoothies, tea, espresso, and desserts. The entertainment team had activities going on all day, very friendly and engaging with guests. Emmanuel from the entertainment team was very friendly and had an incredible energy! The Michael Jackson tribute show was well done, the crowd was fully engaged. El Show Mexicano displayed beautiful dances and costumes, Emmanuel did an espectacular job with contestants during the guest competition, made it entertaining, funny and involved the crowd. Loved the entertainment crew they were very professional and personable making this experience memorable.

Wow what can I say…. This was truly an incredible experience. We had our wedding here and it was the most magical experience ever!! Wendy our wedding coordinator was AMAZING! Anytime I needed help with ANYTHING she was right there making my trip truly special. It really was perfect in every way possible and I owe it to her. Also wanted to shout out Yuki for making some amazing fun memories at the beer competition, water aerobics class, foam party and the MJ show. Can’t also forget to give it up to DJALEX and one of our main servers Moni. Truly everyone was amazing and I can’t thank everyone enough.

Hermoso hotel. La playa está cerrada, no hay acceso porque ya se hizo barranco en la arena. Pero lo compensa las vistas que están hermosísimas y que las albercas las cierran hasta las 11 pm. Solo manejan bufete en un restaurante a la hora del desayuno. Demás horas del día es a la carta. Al rededor de las albercas hay un restaurante que sirve pizzas y sushi de 12 a 4 pm, delicioso. La mayoría de la comida está espectacular. Personal amable. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Bebidas deliciosas y nada rebajadas. Mi restaurante favorito para la cena: Don Diego (los tacos de mole de pollo muy top, y la jericalla de coco uffffffffff) Volvería? Claro que si. Ambiente relajado. Cafetería 10/10 (smoothie de fresa con leche y los conos de nieve 10/10)

Everything was wonderful but the staff especially was amazing! Special shoutout to Yuki who we had so much fun with dancing, playing games, and making crafts. Carmen, Emanuel, and Sabo were all also wonderful and we had so much fun with them. Great place and I recommend it to everyone. And make sure you meet Yuki.
