This resort has serious management issues. The most frustrating example was a wedding reception held on the family side of the property with loud music blasting until 11:00 PM. The resort's horseshoe-shaped layout amplifies noise into surrounding rooms, including those occupied by families with young children trying to sleep. It was difficult to understand how this decision was considered appropriate for a family-focused area. Beyond that, the overall experience was disappointing. The food was consistently mediocre, and many aspects of the service felt geared toward minimizing costs rather than creating a positive guest experience. The restaurant reservation system appears designed to create artificial scarcity, making it unnecessarily difficult to access dining options that should be readily available at an all-inclusive resort. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns. I killed a cockroach on our dining table during our stay, and we regularly encountered raccoons and coatis in the stairwell leading to our unit. While some wildlife is expected in tropical destinations, these encounters felt far too close to guest accommodations. The kids club was another letdown. It was frequently at capacity, and many of the toys and facilities appeared worn and poorly maintained. For a resort that markets itself to families, this was particularly disappointing. The staff themselves were generally friendly and seemed to be doing their best, but they appeared to be working within a system that is stretched too thin. The overall impression was of a property that is struggling to maintain standards. What stood out most was the heavy emphasis on selling the resort's "Circle" loyalty membership program. After experiencing the resort firsthand, it was difficult to understand why so much effort is devoted to membership sales rather than improving the guest experience. Unfortunately, this was not a resort I would choose to return to.

We had a great stay here. The space is beautiful and the service was amazing. We came here for a wedding and loved our time here. It is a very family friendly resort, while also providing spaces for adults only with designated quiet zones. My favourite was the Nespresso bar area where I could get delicious cappuccinos every day. There was truly something for everyone. Our waiter, Ismael, was particularly amazing. He was very attentive and provided us with impeccable service. Rolando and Sandy were also very helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away. Exceptional service all around! Laura, our server, was also excellent and extremely attentive. She was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. My only complaint would be the sales pitch team. I understand that it’s their job, but they were very persistent about trying to sell us their Reserve Club. It became a little overwhelming at times. Overall, though, the staff and service were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Paradisus! The resort amenities, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, but the staff truly made our vacation unforgettable. A massive shoutout to Darlene at the sports bar, she is hands-down the best! She took incredible care of us, brought amazing energy, and constantly hooked us up with the coolest, most delicious creative shots throughout our stay. She made every bar visit a total highlight of our trip. If you're staying here, make sure to find Darlene for a drink! We can't wait to come back!

Una vez más disfrutamos unas vacaciones inolvidables en este maravilloso hotel. Cada visita confirma por qué seguimos eligiéndolo año tras año para nuestras vacaciones en familia. Es un hotel donde el lujo silencioso se percibe en cada detalle. Todo está pensado para brindar una experiencia exclusiva, relajada y personalizada. Nunca se siente masivo, no hay largas filas y el servicio fluye de manera impecable, permitiendo disfrutar realmente del descanso. La propuesta gastronómica es, sencillamente, 10 de 10. Uno de los grandes diferenciales es que cada noche se puede cenar en un restaurante a la carta, sin estar limitado a una o dos reservas durante la estadía, como sucede en muchos otros hoteles all inclusive. Además, la coctelería es de nivel premium en todo el hotel, con bebidas de excelente calidad, una carta muy cuidada y bartenders que elevan cada cóctel a una verdadera experiencia. Un reconocimiento muy especial para Jesús, el bartender de Nube. Sin dudas fue uno de los grandes protagonistas de nuestra estadía. Cada día nos sorprendía con nuevos cócteles, explicándonos con pasión los ingredientes, el origen y la historia de cada bebida, y recomendándonos opciones según nuestros gustos. Su creatividad, conocimiento y hospitalidad hicieron que cada visita al bar fuera diferente e inolvidable. También queremos agradecer especialmente a Roxana Espinosa, quien desde hace tantos años nos recibe con el mismo cariño y atención de siempre. Su calidez, dedicación y genuina hospitalidad hacen que cada regreso sea aún más especial. Nos hace sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento y es una de las razones por las que siempre elegimos volver. Gracias a todo el equipo por crear experiencias memorables. Este hotel entiende que el verdadero lujo está en los detalles, en el servicio y en hacer que cada huésped se sienta especial. Sin duda, seguiremos eligiéndolo para nuestras vacaciones en familia.

Our family stay at Paradisus Riviera Maya with the Family Concierge package was phenomenal. Booking reservations in advance via the app made everything completely seamless. We travel with a 11 year old and 7 year old. Our 11 year old is obsessed with the cool teen/video game room behind the Murphy door at the front of the sort. The kids club (Kidsdom) and daily activities are fantastic, and the nightly entertainment is top-notch—complete with a wonderfully air-conditioned theater, thoughtful snack stations during the shows, and great DJs who keep the energy high every night. A five-star experience from start to finish!
