I have visited this hotel more than three times over the years, but my most recent stay last week left me feeling quite disappointed. The resort is not the same as it once was, and I noticed a significant decline in quality and attention to detail. Upon entering our room, it was clear that there were numerous damages that had not been addressed. The cabinets showed signs of severe moisture damage, and the tables were riddled with cracks. I specifically requested a replacement for the coffee table, which they had tried to fix with glue. This left me worried that it might break and spill our food, creating a messy situation. After a conversation with the manager, they finally came to our room to replace the table, but this should not have been necessary in the first place. The quality of the food during this visit was also disappointing. The resort no longer serves the same delicious dishes that I remembered from previous stays, which made the dining experience far less enjoyable. I have always loved this place and even organized family gatherings there, including my brother-in-law's wedding ceremony two years ago, where we had a fantastic experience. Now, however, it feels as though they are neglecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the atmosphere around the pool was less than relaxing. There were numerous guests blasting loud music from portable speakers, which made it difficult for anyone to unwind. When I approached management about this issue, they acknowledged it but seemed unwilling to take any real action, leaving me feeling powerless as a guest. Additionally, I noticed that the food menu was missing several popular dishes that used to be available. There were even multiple instances where our breakfast was not delivered on time. We ordered breakfast for 6 AM, but it arrived after 6:10 AM, leaving us with no choice but to rush out with only coffee and cookies before our planned tour. To make matters worse, the sheets in our room were not clean, prompting us to use our own linens. I found myself calling the front desk daily to request shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. In the past, they would leave extras for guests, but this time, I had to repeatedly ask for them and wait an agonizing 45 minutes or longer. Given all these issues, I cannot recommend this resort anymore. I feel incredibly disappointed, especially considering the substantial amount of money and time I have invested in staying here. With our next vacation likely several months away, I regret choosing this place, as it no longer meets the standards I once cherished.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The. Property is pristine, offering stunning views and immaculate rooms, top tier service and amenities that strike perfection! Special thanks to Yale! Such a sweet heart! Angel! The best bartender of the century! Big thanks to the whole team Cindy and the rest of the crew for all the great hospitality and kindness!

This hotel is the best one I’ve been to so far in Cancun. The property is newer and very aesthetic. The staff is probably the best part; housekeeping, groundskeepers, waiters, hosts and baristas are all great. Specifically, Charlie Brown did the best entertainment from hosting water games, making Mayan bracelets, to also hosting bingo. Our butler, Frida, also communicated with us our entire stay even on her day off. Monserrat in the cafe also made every coffee perfectly for us. There are no complaints with this resort and I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon. We were really impressed with the food, service and cleanliness of the resort. From the moment we walked into the resort we were greeted and served refreshments which felt very welcoming. We also really appreciated the pool concierge Degner. He helped my husband when he needed first aid which was so appreciated. Degner checked in on us throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. He is friendly and definitely made our stay feel more welcoming and cared for.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The main hosts, Charlie Brown and Yale, were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy getting to know the guests. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and evening, including water aerobics, karaoke, bingo, and other fun activities that made it easy to meet people and keep everyone entertained. My only real criticism would be the late-night bar access from the pools. The staff were accommodating, but we’ve stayed at other resorts that made this a little more convenient. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with fun activities during the day and a more laid-back atmosphere in the evenings, it’s perfect—and honestly, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We also booked a swim-up room, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Since we traveled with a large group, having our own private pool access gave us a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time together. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The resort is beyond amazing. I have enjoyed the stay that my significant other and I have had. Within the resort, there is a section/lobby called The Moon. Within the lobby, there are a lot of events that are held, in which include amazing staff (I.e., Sexy Joy & Charlie Brown). I have a lot of good to say about the resort. My significant other and I went around June, so there was a lot of Sargassum on the beach, however, that did not inhibit our great stay there. Highly recommended Carlos, our great butler, also attended to us amazingly. He is a very presentable young man who makes sure everyone is going great and having a good time at the resort. He stays in touch really well and communicates amazingly. He has helped us during our stay there, in Haven.
