Hotel ME Cabo

I recently stayed at ME Cabo for this year’s Fourth of July weekend. The hotel is nice the location is great but the service can be much better. The hotel seems to cater to their Taboo guests vs the actual guests that have paid to stay there! They gave no real direction on the amenities such as the free beach club Tamara Beach offered to the guests, how the pool worked with their guests vs the Taboo guests or that we’re able to speak to concierge through WhatsApp. At the pool no one introduced themself as the waiter of the section I had to ask and that’s absolutely unacceptable. You also must fit the aesthetic of this place and it is absolutely felt in the way we were treated. I’ve stayed at many resorts in Cabo and this by far is the WORST. Perfect location but honestly that’s just about it.

Our stay at ME Cabo was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room had the perfect layout and size, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed—towels, toothbrushes, and other essentials. We also appreciated the water bottles and Nespresso setup with sugar and cream. The balcony was a highlight, offering a direct view of the pool along with a beautiful ocean view—truly the perfect setting to relax. A special thank you to Martina, who made sure our room was always fully stocked and comfortable. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I was beyond amazed when Paulina approached me after checking in. She is the concierge and I didn’t even know the hotel came with one so that was an Instant extra bonus. She showed me to my room and made sure that I was satisfied with everything. She then set me up with a table and made reservations for everything that we needed. I am beyond grateful and satisfied for her services. She was very attentive and Responsive and even helped let’s suggestions for restaurants and places to go. I definitely recommend this hotel and don’t forget to ask for Paulina. She is the best concierge I’ve ever had and definitely made my trip!!!

We stayed at ME Cabo in Cabo San Lucas and really liked the location. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the marina, where you'll find many restaurants, bars, and shops. One thing to know is that ME Cabo is not an all-inclusive resort. The restaurants on the property are operated independently, so you pay separately for all meals and drinks. If you enjoy exploring different restaurants in town, this can actually be a great advantage. Unfortunately, during our stay the weather was extremely hot. Even though the marina was only a short walk away, the heat made it very uncomfortable to walk there, so we didn't get to enjoy that convenience as much as we had hoped. Because of the intense heat, we asked the staff if it would be possible to transfer to Paradisus Los Cabos, another Meliá resort that is all-inclusive. The team was incredibly helpful, especially José Luis, who went above and beyond to make the transfer happen. The only additional expense was a $20 Uber ride to the other resort. For us, Paradisus Los Cabos ended up being a much better fit. The all-inclusive experience was very convenient, with more than five restaurants to choose from. The food was good overall, and we especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. The staff throughout the resort were warm, attentive, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. My only recommendation is to consider the time of year when planning your trip. We visited in late June, and the heat was intense. If we return, we would choose a cooler season so we could spend more time walking around and enjoying everything Cabo has to offer.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at ME Cabo by Meliá! From the moment I arrived, the service was truly top notch. While there were a few small hiccups during check-in that took a little time to sort out, the team handled everything professionally and made sure the rest of my stay was seamless. A very special thank you to Mariana, my personal concierge, who made the experience unforgettable. She wasn’t just sweet — she was warm, personable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Her level of service went above and beyond and truly elevated the entire trip. The location is also fantastic — just about 15 minutes to the harbor, making it super convenient to explore, dine out, or head out on excursions. Everyone at the resort is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The vibe is fun, vibrant, and effortlessly sexy — especially at the pool and beach club. Great music, beautiful views, amazing energy, and excellent service all around. Despite the minor check-in delay, I had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury experience with personality and outstanding hospitality in Cabo!

I have no words to describe our experience at ME Cabo. We spent an incredible 4 days and the experience far exceeded our every expectation. The team went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary so special. We were given an upgrade to the best suite in the entire hotel with the most stunning views! The team help create many special moments over breakfast, dinner and not to mention the treats that were left in our room for us! ME Cabo's location is superb, just a short walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas where there are tons of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shops and the marina. We will definitely be visiting again, planning soon!
