I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlantic in Milan. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from Milano Centrale train station and very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and transportation. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was professional, polite, welcoming, and genuinely generous with their time and assistance. A special thank you goes to Daria and Elisa, whose kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. Their warm hospitality turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Another thing I especially appreciated was that the hotel took care of our luggage after check-out, allowing us to enjoy our last day in Milan without any hassle. I highly recommend Hotel Atlantic to anyone visiting Milan and would gladly stay here again.

Esperienza abbastanza negativa. La posizione è ottima, ma l'hotel non mi piace molto. Appena entrati bisogna fare le scale, così come obbligatoriamente per fare colazione. Colazione che non incide, né sul dolce né sul salato. C'è anche poca scelta e poco spazio. Le camere sono piccole, nel bagno ero costretto a spostare il carrellino con le asciugamani tra il bidet e il water. La palestra c'è e non è male per lo standard degli hotel, unica nota realmente positiva, insieme alla disponibilità e cordialità del personale. Il prezzo in mia opinione non giustifica assolutamente l'hotel. Non ci tornerei.

Petit hôtel situé proche de la gare. Les chambres sont équipés mais petites. J’ai trouvé quelques détails qui pour un 4 étoiles méritent d’être relevés. La chambre est étroite, la déco est sympa mais la télé est de biais, un cadre également, la peinture sur les murs a des éclats, le sèche-cheveux ne marche plus après 4 minutes, les portes de la douches se déboîtent, le pommeau de douche fuit. J’ai annoncé ces deux derniers désagréments et cela a été « réparé » dans la journée. Le personnel est présent. Lors du petit déjeuner également. Ils servent directement des cafés ou autre et sont souriants. Le petit déjeuner est bien agrémenté (salé (saucisses, bacon, œufs, charcuterie, fromage…et sucré (petits pains, pancake, gateaux, croissants…), il y a du lait sans lactose, des fruits frais et secs (amandes-noix-graines de chia…)et des gâteaux fait maison). Petit plus, il y a un fitness et ils nous gardent les valises même après Check out! Pour les chaises roulantes, l’entrée est équipée d’un ascenseur, les ascenseurs sont petits (une chaise dedans).

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant, bienveillant, aidant et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont propres, literie confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien approvisionné. Salle de sport petite mais équipé suffisamment pour nous. Par contre, excellent emplacement, métro à 2 minutes à pieds, gare station centrale de Milan 5 minutes à pieds, taxi et bus pour transfert aéroport 6 minutes à pieds, c’est un gros point positif. On remercie l’ensemble de votre équipe et on recommande cet hôtel.

Excelente experiencia en c-hotels Atlantic Milano. El hotel es muy cómodo, bien ubicado y la atención fue excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente a Hajar, de recepción, quien fue encantadora, muy amable y receptiva desde nuestra llegada. Se esforzó en todo momento por ayudarnos y, además, habla español muy bien, lo que hizo nuestra estadía aún más agradable. Su simpatía y calidad de atención fueron realmente destacables y uno de los mejores recuerdos de servicio durante nuestro viaje. Felicitaciones al hotel y, especialmente, a Hajar por su profesionalismo y calidez. ¡Muchas gracias!

our first time trip to italy and milan was our first destination and i just want to say that Yasmina, Jhon, Sofia and the entire team was more than fantastic. from replying to our booking.com messages, to all the accommodations they provided (I can be pretty annoying and they have been more than wonderful) Honestly the location of the hotel is very good and the Staff is professional and very respectful. i stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights i requested coffee late at night and they were more than happy to help, i changed the arrival time twice and they accommodated me, on arrival we literally got to the room in less than 10 mins. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
