We booked it as a four star hotel. However it didn’t meet our expectations. The room itself was nice, however service lacked knowledge about hotel itself. The promised wi fi with direct booking was not available. In the windy nights the windows and glass doors let the wind through and it was rather clad in the room. The kitchen was ok but the cockroach was in the counter. I highly DO NOT recommend food in the hotel restaurant as it was law quality and problematic to find decent healthy options. The establishment was positioned as “no smoking” however other guests smoked next to the swimming pool by the kids playground which made it hard for us to enjoy. Overall the hotel is not awful but definitely not doe the money charged. Wouldn’t go back.

Just home after staying here for 6 days. Overall a great Hotel we were in a Junior Suite with a sea view. Very clean Hotel throughout with friendly helpful staff, plenty of Sun beds available. Shop in hotel that covers all your needs. Great for families and families with small children. Only draw back as a couple we found we were a bit out of the town and didn’t fancy walking to some of the other pubs shops etc. (But that was our choice).

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sunset Beach Club Hotel in November. We stayed in a four-person room (with a separate bedroom) with a kitchenette, which was spacious and functional. The room overlooked the mountains and the street. Outside noise wasn't bothersome, allowing us to relax peacefully. A big plus is the cleanliness – both the room and the common areas were very well-maintained, and the hotel smelled pleasant and fresh. The location is also excellent. The hotel is right on the beach, on a hill. Although it's a bit far from the center, it's not a problem, as it's located on the promenade, making the walk to the center very pleasant. The hotel met our expectations, and we would happily stay there again. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Séjour mitigé Le principal point négatif concerne le ménage, qui mérite selon moi une réelle amélioration. La propreté n’était pas au niveau attendu : draps tachés laissant penser qu’ils n’avaient pas été changés, poussière présente dans la chambre, objets laissés au sol et poubelle non vidée. Un jour avant notre départ, le ménage n’a même pas été effectué. De plus, les couches usagées de nos enfants se trouvaient encore dans la poubelle ; je vous laisse imaginer l’odeur à notre retour. Les chambres mériteraient également un rafraîchissement, car elles sont très vieillissantes. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, ce qui nuit à la qualité du séjour. C’est dommage, car le reste du séjour s’est globalement bien passé. L’emplacement est excellent, avec un supermarché DIA juste à côté, très pratique pour faire ses courses. Je recommande d’ailleurs cette option plutôt que la supérette de l’hôtel, dont les prix sont particulièrement élevés. Il est également regrettable que l’établissement ne dispose pas de plage privée. Concernant la piscine, elle est souvent bondée et il faut arriver tôt pour espérer obtenir un transat. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais reste très classique et manque de variété. À 16 € par personne, le rapport qualité-prix ne me semble pas justifié. En résumé, l’hôtel dispose de véritables atouts, notamment grâce à son emplacement. Cependant, une amélioration significative de la qualité du ménage, un rafraîchissement des chambres ainsi qu’une réflexion sur l’offre du petit-déjeuner permettraient d’offrir une expérience bien plus satisfaisante.

Nice hotel! Good breakfast. Dinner was good, a large selection of different dishes in buffet format. The service was friendly! The rooms were well decorated. The two large swimming pools are a big plus. The good musical performances in the evenings were nice. Overall, a really good and affordable hotel, child-friendly and peaceful.

I had an apartment for a week, just used it as a base as I hired a motorbike to go on day trips. The apartment itself was a bit small, the bedroom was a good size but the kitchen/ sitting room was quite small. There was a balcony with a table and chairs which was nice to sit and have a drink and listen to the sea( I had a mountain view apartment). Every day the room was serviced and I had an issue with my glasses and the reception staff were extremely helpful.
