Such an amazing stay! -Great location close to metro stops, trams and train station -Good restaurants close by -All of the staff were so friendly and helpful -Free food and drinks all day and night! (Lunch and aperitivo buffet, snack bar, mini bar in room) -Terrace which is lovely in the summer to have a wine outside before heading to dinner -Gym available, however, I didn’t have time to use this -My only downfall was the soundproofing from other rooms, I was woken up by hearing a door slam a couple of times Overall I would still rate the property 5/5 for the experience

Service was top notch! Immediately on arrival, we were offered complimentary refreshments (great after travel), and our bags were taken to our room while we checked in. Staff were very kind and helpful for everything we needed. Honestly, one of the most kind hotel staff I’ve been around from the moment we arrived to leaving. They offer complimentary buffet at lunch and dinner. The room itself was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location to get around easily. Really nothing but positive things to say about our stay and highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. And great location. I was a little intimidated/ concerned when I saw the hotel from outside and the entrance area but it turned out to be great. The hotel starts from level 4 or 5. The service is great and staff are cheerful. The main lobby and dining area have the cheerful co-working space vibe. The neighborhood is really nice too, with lots of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. The part that surprised me the most was all the free food and drinks. The reception area is well stocked with free food, drinks (soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee) 24x7. The room rate included complimentary lunch buffet (12 noon to 5 pm) and dinner (from 5-10 pm). The room also had free snacks and drinks.

I've traveled across the world for years staying at the Ritz and 5 star hotels. This by far tops all of those stays. The kind and open staff, 24/7 snacks, food, amenities, a small and nice gym, co-working space, a patio, its got privacy. The staff are warm, the hotel takes care of them well. Everyone friendly, the staff has a genuine interest in talking to you thats not fabricated. The interior luxury and comfortable. This is a hidden gem in the world of Milan. My husband and I will be back.

Due to the current circumstances and sudden flight updates, I was forced to shorten my trip and check out early. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and professional during my stay. I politely explained my situation and requested a partial refund or a credit voucher for the unused nights, but unfortunately, they did not take these current circumstances into consideration. .

This hotel is the best in Milan. The rooms are spotless, the location is fantastic, and the amenities are incredible. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They are incredibly professional, kind, friendly, and welcoming. The front desk staff even took the time to spend half an hour showing us some great local food places and helped us book a taxi for 4 a.m. to get to the airport. While the rooms and amenities are great, it’s the staff and management that make this hotel stand out. We’ll definitely be staying here if we ever go back to Milan.
