Had wonderful time at this hotel with my husband. The staff are so friendly welcoming they made our stay so special. Was there for 4 nights but could easily have stayed longer. Rooms were clean and up to date. Hotel is quiet and the rooftop dining was a beautiful touch especially seeing the city lit up at night. Easy access to metro and lots to walk around and see. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

This has to be one of the most uncomfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We were here for four days on the 7th floor with a balcony, directly beneath the restaurant on the 8th floor. You can hear everything happening above until the restaurant closes. The AC in our room had major issues. I understand it was nearly 100 degrees every day during our visit, but you would expect a professional, name‑brand hotel to have reliable air conditioning. Our room stayed hot all day long. After 11 p.m. it would finally start to cool down, but never enough to feel comfortable. The hotel has three small elevators, and at least one seemed to be out of service the entire stay. Water pressure was also extremely poor. And don’t waste your time or money on the breakfast - the same quality is offered for free at other hotel brands.

Clean, welcoming, and comfortable! Great place to stay! We spent 3 nights here with a group of 12. Front desk was great arranging rides to and from civitavecchia. Plan ahead for taxis to local attractions, if you think you need an hour, plan for 90 min or uber (pricy) for faster service. Breakfast was wonderful, I recommend the tart cherry tarts and an espresso or a custom omelette from the chef. Kids enjoyed a hot chocolate and the fruit and cereal selections. We got a family suite which was convenient with the kids. The kids had their own room and bathroom connected via private foyer to our room which gave us parents some privacy. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was fantastic!!! Great service, wonderful food, cold drinks! There is a laundromat within walking distance of the hotel and the restaurants are outstanding. I recommend L’Europeo on the corner as it’s the last remaining original Roman restaurant on the block. Take a short walk south to Gelateria Artigianale Il Capriccio di Carla. Best gelato in the area!!!

Just a warning, I had read this before I went. IF you are visiting between November & April make sure to ask for a room on the 2nd floor. This is the only floor they air condition in the "winter". It was deadly hot, so I was very glad I found that out, and got an air conditioned room. Other than that, the staff was extremely helpful! The rooms were clean and tidy. The food even on the roof was excellent and not over priced. Really close to the train station, so excellent location.

Un buon hotel ma le 4 stelle sono generose , direi più un buon 3 stelle. Le note positive: posizione ottima vicino alla Stazione Termini e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblici che consentono di raggiungere ogni zona di Roma in pochi minuti. Inoltre la vicinanza alla stazione consente di accedere a tutti i negozi del centro commerciale interno alla stazione , molto comodo. Ottima la colazione con una grande varietà di prodotti e ottimo il personale addetto alle colazioni, gentile, sorridente e super efficiente. Altro aspetto positivo è la pulizia accurata delle stanze, il cambio e la disponibilità di asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Le note negative: penso di essere stata nella camera più tetra e buia che mi sia mai capitata . Di alberghi per lavoro ne giro tanti ma mai mi era capitata una camera così buia e tetra, veramente deprimente. Vista su una corte interna circondata da muri con scarsissima illuminazione anche in pieno giorno. Fortunatamente ero fuori tutto il giorno a causa di diversi impegni ma non è possibile per un hotel a 4 stelle vendere camere del genere. Sul bagno niente da dire era molto grande in proporzione alla camera. Insonorizzazione inesistente. Si sentivano distintamente tutti i rumori e anche i semplici discorsi degli ospiti delle stanze vicine. La camera aveva tutte le dotazioni utili: cassaforte, minibar , tv , bollitore, ma anche un sistema di illuminazione assolutamente cervellotico come mi è già capitato in altri hotel Best Western. Personale della reception gentile ma piuttosto approssimativo. All’arrivo nessuna spiegazione sulle dotazioni dell’hotel, sull’orario della colazione. Alla partenza problemi con il calcolo della tassa di soggiorno pagata all’arrivo. Forse si tratta di personale ancora in fase di rodaggio. Non penso di tornare in future occasioni. La camera era assolutamente inaccettabile.

The best part of the hotel was the service. The front desk was helpful and efficient. The breakfast staff really excelled in terms of spirit and hustle and bustle. Monica, the hostess, made us feel especially welcome. We also loved the wide variety of breakfast foods and a nice touch was how the staff made and brought coffees to each guest. The rooftop restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my absurd choices.
