Don’t waste your money here. Not recommended. Room was dirty and staff asked how was your stay? I told her it wasn’t quite good. Sho responded, “aha” .. thats it.. not why or sorry or what happened.. just “aha”. Shame on you

Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly and welcoming, such that we wrote in the guest book how pleased we were and would definitely stay again. Afterwards; everything went wrong. We arrived at 11am and were informed our room was still being cleaned and it should be ready shortly. To kill time, we proceeded to eat breakfast at your facility. Aftet breakfast we came back to the customer service to check on our room. We were told it was not ready and would be available soon. We then left and toured the area. We returned to the hotel at 2pm and was informed that our room still was not ready. We were rudely told that check in time was 3pm and that our room didnt have to be ready until 3pm. We repeatedly let them know that we were exhausted and had been up traveling over 24 hours. Afterward, both Henny and the other receptionist informed us that the room didn't have to be ready. We expressed our concern as to why our room was not ready, when at 11am we were told that our room was being cleaned. After we complained they lied to us saying that all guess had not checked out until 12noon. During this time; while we had been waiting, we witnessed at least three parties check in and be escorted to their rooms before us. We were told by Henny that our room was upgraded to a suite. This was again untrue because the room we eventually got (at 3:01pm) was the room we booked and paid for online. I wish I never wrote such a gracious review in the guest book. The only reason why I did not cross it out was because I wrote it on the same page that Mel Gibson wrote his review. For the price I paid; and the accommodations I received, I would never stay here again. Nor would I ever recommend it. Dr Raymond Patterson

جربت الفندق ٣ ليالي وكانت تجربة موفقة الحمدلله موقع الفندق جداً ممتاز على شارع ( Via del Corso ) فيه اغلب الماركات العالمية. الميزة ان اغلب المواقع السياحية قريبة والفندق نقطة انطلاق ممتازة. الاستقبال والموظفين قمة بالاخلاق والاحترام والخدمة كانت جداً ممتازة. النظافة عالية جداً ✅ لو برجع روما بيكون خياري الاول بكل تأكيد. غويلي لكن فعلاً يستاهل ✅

I struggle to see how this is a five star hotel. Aside from the interior design and the dining room feeling like you’re in a museum, the feel and atmosphere of this hotel is very generic. The rooms are incredibly small and we were without wifi the entire time we stayed at this hotel, when we asked for updates the staff made us feel like we were annoying them for asking. The breakfast was just okay, again it felt like I was eating in a china shop and I was scared to touch anything. In my opinion it’s not worth the money to stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Hany at the front desk for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. His attitude truly made a difference in my experience and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. They have upgraded our room and always available for anything. Special thanks to Joseph from front desk who explained everything politely and supported in every way possible. I would like to thank you to all hotel staff specially Joseph, Meryem, Albert, Sophia , Michael & Hanny and the security person. Highly recommend if you are in Rome.
