Our stay at this hotel was truly an incredible experience. It was an excellent stay overall, and I would especially like to highlight the delicious food, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the entire resort area. The food in the à la carte restaurants was amazing. It is true that some staff members behaved much worse toward English-speaking guests and seemed to prefer Spanish-speaking tourists. However, this did not prevent us from fully enjoying our vacation. On the other hand, some employees were genuinely kind, and I would like to recognize their excellent work — Mrs. Dolorez M. in the dining area, Dariel B. at the bar, and also the gentleman who drove us by shuttle bus to the beach (unfortunately, I do not know his name). Overall, I evaluate our stay positively and would be happy to return sometime in the future.

I am still in awe of how beautiful this resort is. My partner and I just left after five incredible nights, and by our second day we were already saying we wished we had booked a longer stay. We booked a standard assigned room, and it exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our trip was the private beachfront dinner my partner surprised me with. It was truly the most special dinner I’ve ever had. Our server was so kind and always had the biggest smile every time we saw him throughout our stay. The setup was absolutely stunning, right by the water with beautiful decor that made the whole evening feel so romantic. The steak was delicious, and every course on the special menu was fantastic. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to celebrate something special. The snorkeling right off the resort was incredible. We saw so many colourful fish and even a stingray. The pools were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. One thing we really appreciated was that the resort never felt overcrowded. It was peaceful and relaxing while still having a fun atmosphere. We never had trouble finding lounge chairs, no matter what time of day. The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their kindness really elevated the entire experience. The drinks were excellent, the Dominican restaurant was outstanding, and we loved all of the daytime activities and evening shows. The entertainment team brought so much energy, and the dancers were incredibly talented. One of the female dancers especially stood out and was amazing to watch. We had the best vacation and made memories we’ll never forget. We will absolutely be coming back, and I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway.

Super séjour à l’hôtel Alma, la nourriture y est bonne, les cocktails aussi, l’hôtel est en très bon état, les piscines sont top, très belle vue. Accès à la mer depuis l’hôtel avec de jolis poissons, plage à une dizaine de minutes à pied Les activités sont sympas (atelier sushis, cocktails, bachata etc.) et surtout une équipe d’animateurs au top. Un grand merci à Yanet, Nutella et Bombom pour leur bonne humeur, leur présence et leur énergie, de très belles rencontres !!!

Soy Argentina, fui de vacaciones a este hotel Y ME ENCANTÓ. Que no tenga playa, está bueno (depende lo que busques) porque estás más lejos de la playa y hay más tranquilidad no escuchas a la gente de la playa o niños joder. Y si queres ir te tomas el bus que te lleva cada 20 minutos o caminando hacia las playas son 15 minutos Además tiene salida directa al mar (lo cual para mí fue lo mejor, llévense una máscara para ver peces y podes estar mucho tiempo ahí viendo los peces y flotando en el mar, aunque no sepas nadar como yo el agua salada te hace flotar si o si ) lo que si cuidado al salir de la escalera , el oleaje del mar a veces te golpea , hacer fuerza para agarrarse bien y salir con cuidado . Pero para mí esto es un 10 LO MEJOR DEL HOTEL. El personal de seguridad excelente , sobre todo Fran, siempre atento a lo que estaba sucediendo en sus turnos . El personal de entrenamiento excelente (Yanet, Oscar, sexy Black y todos los que acompañan) ellos hacen que los días sean más divertidos. Los shows que llevaban muy buenos ! No se los pierdan La comida me encantó , muy variada (sigue siendo más rica la comida de Argentina) pero era rica y había de todo en el buffet y luego los carritos en la parte de la piscina muy buenos. Las habitaciones buenas, privadas, cómodas . (Te ponen agua envasada todos los días) y te limpian todos los días si queres. Fue el partido de Argentina y nos pusieron un parlante para verlo y que se escuche bien , eso ya es 10 puntos. Las piscinas están BUENISIMAS todas . Muy cómodo, reposeras cómodas . Todo excelente El gym está buenísimo también si queres entrenar y que no te de culpa comer tanto Y lo mejor es que solo sea para adultos y no hayan niños si buscas tranquilidad o escapar del ruido Lo amé. I had a great experience staying at HM Alma. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your stay. The area is also very quiet, which I really appreciated—it’s not the typical party-style environment, making it perfect if you’re looking for peace and comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything needed. A special shoutout to the Sexy Black Entertainment team for going above and beyond to make guests feel warm and welcomed. Their energy, professionalism, and engaging presence truly added something unique and memorable to the experience. Overall, HM Alma is definitely a place I would recommend, and I look forward to visiting again!

El hotel es fantástico, la habitación (suit) muy buena y espaciosa. La limpieza es excelente, el bufete es correcto, los restaurantes son muy buenos, las barras son excelentes.
