I had a lovely, albeit short, stay here, arriving on a Saturday evening and departing in a Monday morning. This was my first time in Punta Cana and first time at a resort. I was very impressed. The staff were lovely. I received a particularly warm welcome from Adrian at check in, and Lucy in Ventanas also made me feel special. My room was comfortable with everything I needed. As I was alone, and only there for a short time, I stuck to the buffet for meals - I found it very good. As a vegetarian, there were lots of options. The salad bar in particular was always very fresh. The pool is fantastic and I also enjoyed swimming at the beach. The resort felt very safe, which was important to me as a solo woman traveller. It has a bit of a Kellermans vibe with merengue classes and bingo…a 5-star Kellermans in the Caribbean is hard to beat!

En general hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia. El hotel es bonito, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, la comida es buena y el personal merece una mención especial por su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar. El spa fue una experiencia excelente y uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestra visita. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que consideramos podría mejorar significativamente: la animación y las actividades recreativas. Viajamos al Caribe esperando encontrar más ambiente, música, baile, energía y actividades que reflejen la alegría y el espíritu caribeño. Aunque el hotel ofrece muchas cosas positivas, sentimos que la recreación y el entretenimiento no estuvieron al mismo nivel que el resto de los servicios.Aun así, agradecemos la atención recibida y recomendaríamos el hotel a quienes buscan descanso y buen servicio. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are well maintained, the food is good, and the staff deserves special recognition for being friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The spa was exceptional and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. However, there is one area that we believe could be improved: the entertainment and recreational activities. We came to the Caribbean expecting a more vibrant atmosphere with music, dancing, fun activities, and the lively Caribbean spirit. While the hotel excels in many aspects, we felt that the animation and entertainment program did not match the quality of the rest of the experience. That said, we appreciate the hospitality we received and would still recommend this hotel to travelers looking for relaxation, comfort, and excellent service.

This is the first time I traveled. Punta Cana, why not. This resort is beautiful! When we first arrived the overall impression was inviting and grand. All the plants and birds, the pool and still river, we were so excited to relax. The only detail was the room was not extremely clean as expected. When I was going to bathe, the shower head basically broke, but they were quickly to fix the issue. Shout out to Vianca, Lenny, Roberto from Ventanas Restaurant, even when there was a rush, they really tried to make the best of it to resolve. I understand how certain restaurants and access is given only to VIP guest. Raul and Wilbin, activities cannot be so great and entertaining without you! I laughed and felt very welcome. Overall the staff is very nice. Spend time at the beach and most of the time at the pool, it's perfect for a short trip. Hopefully will return in the near furture!

Quedamos encantados con este hotel. Las instalaciones super comodas.. la atención del personal desde que llegamos, todo fue agradable. Lo mejor de todo es su larga piscina que permite estar en varios lugares sin amontonarse. La atención particular de Francis que nos alegro cada vez que lo vimos, siempre con una sonrisa. El gimnasio y los juegos para chicos, de 10. Lo único que mejoraría seria la comida, un poco mas variada. A veces faltaban cosas básicas. Y tambien los shows, no eran muy entretenidos. Salvo el de Michael y el.del mago. El resto super agradable. Volveríamos a elegirlo sin dudas!

Una estancia fantástica en el Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. 🌴☀️🇩🇴 El resort nos ha encantado. Es grande, bonito, con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas, una piscina espectacular. Una de las cosas que más nos gustó es que entre semana había muy poca gente y se podía disfrutar de todo el resort con mucha tranquilidad. El fin de semana sí había bastante más ambiente, pero la experiencia siguió siendo excelente. En cuanto a la gastronomía, el resort cuenta con 5 restaurantes principales, cada uno con su encanto: Bella, el restaurante italiano; Umi, restaurante asiático con sushi; Agave, especializado en cocina mexicana; Ventanas, el restaurante buffet; y Costa Azul, situado junto a la playa y disponible para desayunos y comidas para los clientes que tienen contratado el servicio VIP. 🍝🍣🌮 Además, durante el día, en la zona de la piscina hay varios puestos donde puedes disfrutar de pizzas, perritos calientes, nachos, patatas fritas, hamburguesas y otras opciones sin tener que alejarte de la piscina. 🍕🍔🌭 Para nosotros merece muchísimo la pena contratar la zona VIP. Además de disfrutar de una zona más tranquila y exclusiva, tienes acceso al Costa Azul, con desayunos y comidas a la carta junto a la playa, además del VIP Lounge, zona de playa privada y check-in privado. Para nosotros fue un plus que hizo que la estancia fuera todavía más cómoda y especial. 🌴✨ Y si hay algo que realmente queremos destacar es el personal. Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Francis, camarero del restaurante italiano Bella; Christopher; Ramón; Ledixos, los monitores de actividades de la zona de la piscina, que cada día nos animaban con actividades como zumba, aquagym, pintar botellas, diana y muchas más. También a Rosvel, del check-in de la zona VIP; Vianne; Claribel; las camareras de la zona VIP; Wendy y Carlos, encargados de las maletas, y por supuesto a todo el resto del equipo. Todos fueron increíblemente amables, profesionales, atentos y serviciales, siempre con una sonrisa. El trato recibido fue perfecto.❤️ Nos llevamos unos recuerdos preciosos de Punta Cana. Gracias a todo el equipo del Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. 🌴🇩🇴❤️ Sin duda, un resort al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente🥂

We had stayed here before when it was Dreams Punta Cana and must recognize that the resort and its service has a Big difference from before. The upgrade in service is Notorious. The level of attention to detail and the warm and friendly service received was top. Starting with the Arrival to the gate. The security guard was Nice and polite. The bell captain welcomed US friend and very professional. The security manager Luis Castillo was also welcoming. Derluis the chef concierge assisted us by guiding to the VIP lounge. The Best of the Best was Ariady the supervisor who took great care of US in the lounge. Claudio our bartender looked after US all Day long around the pool and ensured our drinks we're always refilled. Our room 9201 was very conveniently located as requested, far from the ocean, but closet to the lobby and restaurants. Thanks to the GM Mr. Hilario for arranging our stay and to Isabel Ruedas and the rest of the team for making our stay amazing.
