Vše v pořádku, hotel, jídlo, obsluha, velký pokoj a až na to moře, jak již tady psali, Karibik úplně nečekejte, na to doporucuji výlety, Catalina a Saona island.

V Dominice jsem již po druhé.Poprvé Punta Cana nyní tady La Romana.Resort luxus nemohu nic vytknout ale bohužel moře kvuli kterému sem člověk jede hodně špatné.Na karibik bohužel hnus.Moře zakalené uzavřená zátoka výhled smutnej a pohled jeste smutnejši😔..Ale resort pecka👍👍

Arrived on Saturday September 5th 2026. A bucket list vacation. 5 star hotel. Reception staff tried to sell an upgrade before we even checked in. This is a 5 star hotel, why try to sell an upgrade??? When we refused, we were offered a 3rd floor room, no elevator access. We explained that climbing 3 floors, numerous times a day was not within our mobility range. Eventually got a ground floor room. As there was no resort paper map available at reception for restaurants or stores or facilities, we were told to find a map on the walkways. No QR code or online resort map available as they did not think vacationers would need one. We used the buffet restaurant for our meals since arriving. Now tonight on our way to the buffet for our evening meal, we found it was closed. No signs, no indication, no information, what was going on. We went to reception where we were told that indeed the buffet was closed but we could travel to an adjoining resort to eat. We expect to be able to eat at the designated restaurants at this resort. Not acceptable. 5 star hotel with no communication or care for it's clients. We shall not return here but wonder what the rest of our stay holds.

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Bouganville, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable vacation. From the moment I arrived, the energy, kindness, and genuine care shown by the team made all the difference. The entertainment staff kept the resort alive with constant activities, evening shows, dancing, laughter, and endless opportunities to have fun. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just entertain guests—they took the time to connect with us. Whether it was stopping for a chat while relaxing on a lounge chair or making sure everyone felt included, they made every guest feel special. By my second night, I honestly felt like I was spending time with family rather than staying at a resort. A special thank you to Enervia, who leads the entertainment team. Her positive energy is contagious, and she is truly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She works incredibly hard to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I also want to recognize Maria E., Carolin, Roberto, and Jose from the entertainment team. Every single one of them brought incredible energy, kindness, and fun to each day. Whether leading activities, dancing during the evening shows, sharing laughs, or simply taking the time to chat, they made guests feel welcome and valued. Their passion for what they do is evident, and they are a huge part of what makes this resort so special. A special thank you as well to Bele and Josefina at the pool bar and Luis at the lobby bar. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready with a smile. Their excellent service made every day even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at many resorts over the years, but the staff at Bahia Principe Grand Bouganville made this one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine care for their guests are what set this resort apart. You can have beautiful beaches and nice rooms anywhere, but you cannot teach the kind of heart this team has. Thank you all for making my vacation one that I will never forget. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like family. I cannot wait to come

A fabulous vacation at BP Bouganville…staff: incredible…Francis, Jose, Sweet Caroline, Marcelo, baby Carlos at the bar, Wilke, Neylany, Michele at the front desk, Niki Ménage - I could go on forever with a list of my new friends. Each and every staff member going out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of anything you may need and make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. The drinks flowed all day, the restaurants and wait staff- friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful. Anything not perfect was not the fault of the people or the resort (ocean creatures) but the fun to be had makes up for it. Get involved, make friends, and enjoy your time here in beautiful DR. Remember- you get what you give - if you are friendly, you will get it back 10 times over. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms traditional, but very clean.

Fantastic hotel…..beautiful food - ala carte restaurants are amazing, all staff are so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment staff are so enthusiastic and get everyone involved in the fun around the pool, the evening entertainment is also brilliant. The bar staff are great and theres lots of variety to chose from including cocktails and premium spirits included in the all inclusive. You literally don’t need to leave the complex and can still have a difference experience each day
