Krásná dovolená, kterou jsme si moc užili. Hodně pozitivně nás překvapilo jídlo. Vše bylo skvěle dochucené, ale každé jídlo zároveň chutnalo jak mělo. Dostačující výběr jídla i pití, servis na většině místech byl také moc dobrý! Občas byl unavený personál v restauracích , který si ne vždy všiml chybějících nápojů, nebo příboru. Ale jakmile člověk o něco požádal, tak většinou ochotně napravili a doplnili. Skvělý byl i aktivit. Ochotně a upřímně se o hosty starají, ale do aktivit je nenutí. Pouze nabízí aktivnější možnost dovolené. Líbil se nám např. přístup Pandy, který nám dovolenou často zpříjemnil. Hotel celkem nový, čistý, udržovaný, interiér autentický a na vysoké úrovni. Postele i lehátka moc pohodlná. Tak děkujeme a třeba zase někdy.

Jsme hodne zklamáni resortem Bahia Principe v Punta Cane.Sem uz nikdy více.Loni jsme navštívili sestersky hotel v La Romaně a mají se tady hodne co snažit je to tady hruza!!!Bezohlednost místních,hlasita hudba po celý den neni moznost relaxu a jídlo hodne skromné a furt stejné hodne nizka uroven bohuzel i servisu na baru u bazenu a uklidu stale neco nebylo doplneno na 5*opravdu tento resort není.Jediná pochvala v restauraci přišli pokazdé a obětave nejlepší starší pan číšník.Jinak bohuzel zklamaní veliké na Bahia Pricipe!!!

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The weather was consistently sunny, and the resort itself was beautiful. We were given a great room conveniently located near both the front desk and the pool, which made getting around very easy. The water park was a huge highlight for our 5-year-old, and we spent a lot of time there throughout the trip. The rooms were comfortable and well-stocked, with plenty of beverage options in the minibar. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service. We even used it for lunch one day while our baby was napping and we were taking a break from the sun. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The biggest issue was the prepaid airport transportation. When we arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found, and since we didn’t have cell service, it was difficult to contact him. Thankfully, another driver allowed us to use his phone. It turned out our driver was located far from the designated pickup area, near a café by the street. It took us nearly an hour to find him, and then another 45 minutes while he arranged a vehicle. After a long travel day, that was definitely frustrating. The beach was another disappointment. It was quite dirty and covered with seaweed during our stay—perhaps due to the season. Additionally, the vendors on the beach were very persistent, which made it difficult to relax. As a result, we spent the remainder of our trip enjoying the pool and water park instead. The restaurants were very good overall, with some standing out more than others. One of our favorite experiences was the specialty dinner show, Oneiro. It was incredibly entertaining, and the kids absolutely loved it. The evening entertainment after dinner, however, was less impressive. Some shows felt underwhelming, and on certain nights there didn’t appear to be any entertainment at all. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as the balcony light not working and running out of conditioner, but both were addressed promptly the following day. Overall, this is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with excellent amenities for children. If beach time isn’t your main priority, I would highly recommend it. We had a great experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We will not be going back at all. The construction was crazy but we were more understanding about that. The drinks weren't good very watered down, the food wasn't good we actually walked out of one of the restaurants because it was that bad( we said respectfully we need to go). The buffet wasn't that great either. The mosquitos are evil, my daughter's one leg was completely full of bites so from that we figured they didn't spray the hotel areas. A lot of the staff in the dining areas didn't look happy at all and most the time when we asked for a drink they didn't bring it just dismissed us. The entertainment was okay the fire show is the best. The poolside entertainment could be changed up a bit. Onthe plus side thank you to Aldo for getting our room ready very quickly we were so tired and he made it amazing. Also thank you to Adionas and all the men in the lobby bar you guys were so amazing and you made our days and catering to my child "usual" which was a cup of ice with olives on top and toothpicks for her to eat lol. Lastly thank you to the bartender Jonas from the first pool bar you were so amazing!!! Getting us good music and making us bob marleys we appreciate you. Overall it was an experience but those few made it amazing but unfortunately we will not be going back.

Our stay at Bahia Principe Esmeralda was absolutely amazing! Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The highlight of our vacation was definitely the kids’ club. The girls who work there are incredible—kind, energetic, caring, and wonderful with children. They organized fun activities every day, making sure the kids were entertained, safe, and happy. My children looked forward to going there every day and made unforgettable memories. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults throughout the resort, so there was never a dull moment. The pools, entertainment, and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Bahia Principe Esmeralda to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
