L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble, mais je reste déçu par rapport au standing et au prix. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons signalé plusieurs fois une très forte odeur d’urine dans les toilettes. La responsable de l’accueil m’a répondu qu’elle ne sentait rien, avec une attitude donnant l’impression que je mentais ou exagérais. Pourtant, l’odeur était bien réelle. Le ménage et les produits parfumés la masquaient seulement temporairement, puis elle revenait, ce qui laisse penser à une fuite ou à un problème d’évacuation. Les fauteuils et le canapé étaient très tachés, sales et mal nettoyés. Pour un hôtel de cette gamme, cela ne donne pas envie de s’asseoir. Malgré ces problèmes, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé au moment de régler la facture. C’est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Le personnel était toutefois gentil et agréable dans l’ensemble, avec une mention spéciale pour Harrish, Nirmal et l’équipe du Kids Club, très accueillants et professionnels. Avec un bon tarif promotionnel, le séjour reste acceptable. En revanche, hors promotion, les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés et ne sont pas justifiés par la qualité proposée

We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Mauritius and were truly impressed by the hospitality and service throughout our visit. The beautiful property, relaxing atmosphere, and warmth of the staff made our experience especially memorable. A special mention goes to Shreya, the Duty Manager, who was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. Her personal attention and genuine care really stood out and made us feel very well looked after. We’d also like to recognize Noah from the bar team for his excellent service. He was warm, friendly, and attentive, and always made our time at the bar enjoyable. Would happily recommend the resort to others!

The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The property itself is excellent, and you can tell a lot of effort has gone into making it a great place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a serious issue: there were ants inside the room. They got all over my belongings and I ended up having to throw away my swim shorts and a T-shirt because of the infestation. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food also needs some improvement. The pizza wasn’t very enjoyable, and the burger could definitely be better in terms of flavor and quality. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with amazing scenery and great potential, but the ant problem and the disappointing food made my stay much less enjoyable than I expected. I hope the management addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience. الفندق جميل جدًا والمناظر الطبيعية خلابة، والأجواء بشكل عام رائعة ومناسبة للاسترخاء. الغرف مريحة والخدمة كانت جيدة في أغلب الأوقات، ولذلك كانت توقعاتي عالية. لكن للأسف، تجربتي تأثرت بسبب وجود النمل داخل الغرفة. استولى النمل على ملابسي، وتسبّب بخسارتي لشورت السباحة والبلوزة، وهذا أمر غير مقبول في فندق بهذا المستوى. أتمنى أن يهتم الفندق أكثر بمكافحة الحشرات وصيانة الغرف حتى لا تتكرر هذه المشكلة مع الضيوف. أما بالنسبة للطعام، فأرى أنه يحتاج إلى بعض التحسين. البيتزا كان طعمها غير متوازن ولم تعجبني، والبرجر أيضًا يحتاج إلى تطوير من ناحية الطعم والجودة. بشكل عام، الفندق يمتلك موقعًا رائعًا وإطلالات جميلة جدًا، لكن مشكلة النظافة ووجود النمل، بالإضافة إلى مستوى بعض الأطعمة، جعلت تجربتي أقل من المتوقع. أتمنى أن تتم معالجة هذه الملاحظات لأن الفندق يستحق أن يكون من أفضل الوجهات إذا تم تحسين هذه الجوانب

Such an amazing hotel! The staff were so attentive. The room was so spacious and always cleaned to a high standard. Reshma the chef responded to our feedback and made an extra breakfast item for us. Khushi made our check in experience seamless and then checked up on us throughout. We tried all of the restaurants and I especially liked Segala. The breakfast was always enjoyable and there was a good range of items everyday. The free activities such as the glass bottom boat were a nice added touch. Thank you!

I booked this hotel for my parents Ajit and Surinder Rehal who stayed here recently, from start to finish the experience was exceptional. I had placed several requests at the time of booking and every single one was handled with care and attention, which made the stay incredibly easy and comfortable for them. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Ann Bell at the breakfast buffet was so attentive and welcoming each morning, while Noah and Jaswanth at Noble House restaurant were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make the dining experience special. A special mention also to Himanshu Pareek, the sous chef, who took great care with our dietary requirements and ensured everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally. Housekeeping were attentive, the hotel was spotless throughout, and every member of staff we encountered was warm, helpful and genuinely eager to assist. Honestly, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning airy lobby, a great location, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The restaurants offered lots of variety and the food was consistently high quality. One thing my mum particularly appreciated was how comfortable and relaxing the beach area felt. It was never overly busy, noisy or overcrowded, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests looking for excellent service, comfort and genuine hospitality.

Our stay at the InterContinental was absolutely wonderful. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities to the friendly and professional staff, everything was well taken care of. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. A special thank you to Aftab from housekeeping, who was incredibly polite, hardworking, and attentive. He always made sure our room was spotless and that we had everything we needed. His kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend the InterContinental to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We look forward to coming back!
