It was our second visit, and once again we were not disappointed. They even gave us the same room as last year without us having to ask! We cannot describe how friendly and accommodating the staff are. Some of them even remembered us from last year, which was quite impressive considering the number of guests the resort welcomes every year. We love everything about Agapi, but what really stood out for us was the food, especially at the Seaside Taverna (the best gemista I've ever had!), and of course, the cats. I even added a photo of Tommy, the loveliest cat you'll ever meet. Thank you, Agapi Beach, for another wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

Das Hotel ist nicht weit weg vom Flughafen Heraklion, jedoch gibt es keinen Fluglärm.Ausserhalb des Hotels gibt es Möglichkeiten zu flanieren oder man fährt mit dem Bus nach Heraklion. Es gibt zwar einige Abzüge aber wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! Das Pool könnte für unseren Geschmack etwas größer sein. Die Poolbar sperrt spät auf und früh zu . Cocktails waren unterschiedlich gemischt,mal sehr gut mal weniger gut. Sehr schön war der Ausblick vom Bett im Haupthaus direkt aufs Meer. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch die Bedienung immer bemüht und freundlich. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Toiletten immer sauber.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort. What impressed us the most was the absolute kindness and professionalism of the staff. Despite the size of the property and the large number of guests, everything was managed flawlessly. The level of organization is truly remarkable, and every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The room had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with all the essential amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. The only aspect worth mentioning is that the resort is located in an area of the island where constant winds create strong currents, making the sea quite rough most of the time. If you are looking for the calm, postcard-perfect beaches the island is famous for, you may need to travel to other parts of the island. If I really had to find a minor downside, it would be the quality of the beverages from the self-service dispensers, which could certainly be improved. Other than that, our experience was excellent. I have rarely encountered such exceptional kindness, efficiency, and organization anywhere else. A truly outstanding property that deserves every one of its five stars. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wat hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Agapi Beach! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons welkom dankzij het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De ontspannen sfeer op het resort maakte dat we echt even helemaal konden genieten. Het eten was iedere dag uitstekend verzorgd en zeer gevarieerd, waardoor er voor iedereen genoeg keuze was. Ook de rustige avondentertainment was erg gezellig en paste perfect bij de ontspannen sfeer van het resort. Het strand is prachtig en ook de rest van het resort is mooi onderhouden. Het is echt een fijne plek om tot rust te komen en volledig te ontspannen. Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf en zouden Agapi Beach zeker aanraden. Bedankt voor de geweldige vakantie!

Our 5th stay and certainly not the last one, my children and I! Amazing team, so friendly, so helpful, so nice, without forgetting anyone, any department. The hotel in general, the location, the different outlets, the rooms, the private beach, the live show every single evening.....and an amazing quality and choice of food. Maybe a 4 stars hotel on the paper....but a 5 stars with their hospitality and smiles. You make us feel at home every time. Thank you again for everything! Best. Marwan Matta

La struttura è molto bella e molto curata. La pulizia è sicuramente il suo punto forte. Noi avevamo una stanza nuovissima vista mare all’ultimo piano dell’edificio principale. Tutto lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il servizio ristorazione è stato eccellente sia nei ristoranti a là carte che in quello a buffet. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il buffet con cucina a vista molto pulita e preparazioni espresse da parte degli chef. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto il punto mare non è proprio dei migliori. Obbligatorio noleggiare un’auto e spostarsi anche di pochi chilometri per trovare il mare cristallino.
