We have just returned from the most fantastic holiday in Mauritius. Staying in the South followed by 5 days in the Oberoi in the North was nothing short of dreamy. This hotel is just a hug for all the senses, the food is magnificent, the service and attention to detail. With a young shy toddler in tow the staff here had every intention of making our stay memorable and boy did the succeed. By the end of our trip she was high fiving Rhubesh and giving Riyuni smiles. Big shout out to Antish with him and his team reacting in record time to help us when our child was sick in bed and Ashwinta on the beautiful sheets. Breakfast was very heartwarming with great service from Adytia and Vasuda. When you are there take the glass bottom boat out to see the fish or snorkel near the reef, our toddler wanted to go out every day with Captain Cherry. Thank you all so much for making us feel at home, we miss it very much!

We stayed in an Ocean Villa with very nice views of the ocean. It felt cosy, private, and comfortable — a great place to relax and unwind. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly helpful and kind. A special thank you to Voodish at reception for being so welcoming and attentive. The team also made everything very easy by helping organise activities around the island, arranging taxis, and assisting with any plans we had — it was all seamless and stress-free. The Boat House offers a good range of water activities, which we really enjoyed. We also joined the organised stargazing evening — it was such a great experience. The astronomer was very passionate and made the whole session engaging and memorable. Overall, a beautiful and very well-run resort for a relaxing stay in Mauritius.

Our stay at The Oberoi was truly exceptional. While the beach itself was less inviting than we had hoped, everything else about the hotel unmistakably reflects a five-star experience. The service is impeccable — attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful — making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining elegance with comfort, and the attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. Dining here is an absolute pleasure, with exquisite cuisine and a variety of options that consistently impressed us. The overall atmosphere of calm sophistication and personalized service makes The Oberoi stand out, to the point that it even makes you consider other hotels in the same brand for future trips. It’s a rare experience where luxury and hospitality truly meet.

Fantastic stay. Does not have the greatest beach in front of it, but if you like snorkeling, the reef is like right there! And the boat house on site gives equipments and advice to go out. In terms of food - ON THE ROCKS grill is just too good! It converted me from barely eating fish to demolishing 2 plates of a mixed seafood platter!

We were here 3 night for our honeymoon, this place is gorgeous, everything was above expectations, the food was great, the rooms were outstanding, the people treatment is amazing.
