A Stay Beyond Expectations - Pure Magic We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 5 star resort, and it truly exceeded every expectation we had. We were accommodated in an overwater villa, and the experience was simply breathtaking. The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The outdoor shower was a wonderful touch, refreshing and incredibly enjoyable, surrounded by the natural beauty of the surroundings. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but one dining experience truly stood out, a remarkable restaurant set on floating platforms over the water. The combination of exceptional cuisine and that unique, magical setting made for an unforgettable meal. It was one of those rare moments where the atmosphere and the food are equally outstanding. What genuinely moved us, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every single person we encountered was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They provided us with all the information we needed, always with a smile, and went out of their way to make us feel special. That level of hospitality is rare, and it made all the difference. While the beach itself may not be the most dramatic in terms of scenery, the pools are wonderful and the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. The views, the tranquility, and above all the hospitality left a lasting impression on us. If you're looking for a place where you'll be truly taken care of, where every detail is thoughtfully considered, this is it. We left with full hearts and will absolutely be back. One of their staff even speaks romanian, so it was a great opprtunity to speak my native language in Maurice.

We stayed for the second time now at the Constance Prince Maurice and had again a truly wonderful experience. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding ... attentive, warm and genuinely caring, yet never intrusive. You immediately feel welcomed and looked after, not like a customer, but like a true guest. The entire team deserves the highest praise: incredibly friendly, professional and always present at the right moment. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and the whole resort is immaculate and very well maintained. Top marks for service quality and, above all, a huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so special. We are definitely planning to return again.

An unforgettable honeymoon experience — truly exceptional Our stay at Constance Prince Maurice ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our honeymoon in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, elegant, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There is a sense of privacy and tranquility throughout the resort that makes it perfect for a honeymoon. What impressed us most, however, was the service. Every member of staff we interacted with was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing felt forced or scripted. They made us feel looked after throughout our stay and paid attention to the small details that make a luxury hotel experience memorable. The room was beautiful, the surroundings were incredibly relaxing, the food was excellent, and the entire atmosphere of the resort felt refined without being pretentious. We also greatly appreciated the way the Constance team handled our circumstances and took care of us. The professionalism, generosity and genuine concern shown to us completely exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression. We have stayed in many hotels, but Constance Prince Maurice was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. It became much more than simply a hotel stay — it became a special part of our honeymoon that we will remember for years. We stayed in Junior Suite Room No. 8 for 3 nights from June 4th to 7th. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were absolutely blown away by the luxurious interior, followed by the pristine room condition and the breathtaking sunset views. The staff were incredibly kind and polite. We could genuinely feel how proud they are of their work and how they give their absolute best every single moment. Every service provided was exceptional. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the team members who attended to our smallest requests with such care and detail. I wish I could write down each and every staff member's name to thank them personally, but unfortunately, I only remember Mr. Santoo. He was incredibly professional and beyond kind. We are deeply grateful once again for his exceptional service. (He mentioned he has been working at Prince Maurice for 28 years!) Choosing this resort for our honeymoon was the best decision my wife and I could have made. We are leaving with unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime memories. We truly hope to return someday. Nous n’avions pas réservé, étions de passage , nous avons eu accès à ce magnifique établissement au charme somptueux. Tt le personnel est Aimable, accueillant et bienveillant. Nous n’avons pas dormi, nous y avons passé la fin d’après midi jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit, nous avons pu visiter l’établissement, et le plus est la promenade sur la mangrove avec le bar flottant et restaurant flottant le Barachois. Le plus bel hôtel de l’île.

Just simply… pure bliss! If you’re looking for a glossy, and ‘obvious’ 5* hotel, which screams desperate Instagram attention, please look again. If you’re looking for old style, understated luxury with service and food which always exceeds expectations, then this is your place! For me, all the online photos never gave it justice. The sense of calm and ease which pervades the hotel can never be captured. We spent 8 days here and each day never get the same. They have 3 restaurants, all serving food, which for every meal, my partner and I salivated over! The spa was fantastic with masage therapists who knew what they were doing (believe me, this is not always the case!) The gym, the 2 pools and the sports facilities all top notch. My partner also learnt to waterski, with instructors who made him feel safe, comfortable and confident! Every member of staff was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure we had everything we needed. Perfection in a subtle nutshell!
