Having stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, including Seychelles, we can honestly say that we have never experienced a hotel that matches Royal Palm Beachcomber in terms of service, hospitality, attention to detail, and overall quality. From the flower welcome at arrival to the thoughtful anniversary surprises in our room, every detail felt elegant and genuinely personalized. The team handled every situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. Even when our room was delayed, they immediately offered a room upgrade and late check-out, which we truly appreciated. The hospitality level at this hotel is exceptional. Special thanks to Tiger for the amazing squash and tennis guidance, Sepaul for making every dinner unforgettable with outstanding service, Madha for her kindness and help throughout our stay, and Kiran, Sahil and Narain for their fantastic service on the beach. Their warmth and professionalism made our holiday even more special. The direct beach access room, beautiful sunset views, excellent restaurants, complimentary water sports, stunning snorkeling experience, amazing service and the overall attention to every detail made this trip unforgettable. From housekeeping to guest relations, every employee made us feel genuinely welcome. Royal Palm Beachcomber is a perfect example of true luxury hospitality done right. If you are deciding between hotels, don't overthink it—just book Royal Palm Beachcomber. You will not regret it.

What to say except that I found where the paradise is!! Everything is perfect in this hotel, room, food, service, beach, location…. I strongly recommend !!!!!

A totally faultless stay. I cannot rate the Royal Palm Grand Baie enough. We have just spent 11 days there and had the most wonderful time. The location, the setting, the ambience, the beach, the food in all 3 restaurants, the rooms, the pools are all first class. However for me what holds the Royal Palm above any other hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff from the cleaners to the GM put exceptional service first. Nothing is too much trouble. But the thing that stands out the most is the pride the staff have working at the Royal Palm as well as the sense of ‘family’ amongst them. This is unique and means as a guest I felt part of the ‘family. This is a hotel to go to and return again and again

Update: Following my feedback, Tania from the hotel management reached out to me personally regarding the situation. I appreciate that she took the time to listen carefully, have a constructive conversation, and genuinely acknowledge and apologize for what happened. While the original experience was disappointing, I do appreciate the way the management handled my feedback afterwards. Tania’s approach was professional, attentive and solution-oriented, and I wanted to update my review to reflect that. ——————— ⭐️ Extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. During our Mauritius holiday, we stayed at three different 5-star hotels, and we experienced nothing like this anywhere else. We were invited to an event at this hotel, yet we were charged for the drinks without ever being clearly informed of the prices. What makes this even more concerning is that we were given menus twice without any prices on them. Both times, we specifically called to confirm whether the drinks were complimentary because there were no prices shown. We were assured they were not free, and the menus were subsequently replaced. At checkout, we were still charged for the drinks. We are absolutely not the kind of guests who try to avoid paying a bill. That is not the issue. The issue is transparency and principle. For a hotel charging such high rates per night, this felt less like hospitality and more like a tourist trap. We will definitely not be staying here again. Very disappointing, and far below the standard we experienced at the other hotels during our Mauritius trip.

Nous avons séjourné au Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury du 14 au 17 mai 2026, mon épouse et moi, tandis que nos enfants poursuivent leur séjour jusqu’au 20 mai. Ce séjour a été une parenthèse magnifique, dans un établissement à la hauteur de sa réputation. Dès l’arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’élégance du lieu, la beauté du cadre, la plage superbe, les jardins parfaitement entretenus et surtout la qualité humaine de l’accueil. Le Royal Palm n’est pas seulement un palace : c’est une maison de prestige où l’on ressent une atmosphère familiale, chaleureuse et profondément attentionnée. Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Monsieur Patrice Landrein, Directeur Général, pour sa présence, sa simplicité et sa proximité avec les clients. Il venait saluer chacun avec beaucoup de naturel, comme dans une grande famille, ce qui donne à l’hôtel une âme rare. Un grand merci également à Madame Anuska Rassoul, qui nous a superbement accueillis, ainsi qu’à Mademoiselle Mantsha et Mademoiselle Medha pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur disponibilité. La restauration a été excellente. Merci à Monsieur Somduth, Directeur de la restauration, pour la qualité de l’organisation et du service. Les repas étaient raffinés, savoureux, très bien présentés et servis dans une ambiance calme et élégante. Nous avons aussi été superbement servis par Monsieur Assuind Sunkur, que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son attention. Notre chambre était spacieuse, élégante, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous remercions particulièrement Mademoiselle Manisha, qui a assuré l’entretien avec beaucoup de soin et de discrétion. Chaque retour en chambre donnait le sentiment de retrouver un espace propre, frais et paisible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité générale du service : personnel souriant, discret, attentionné et toujours disponible. Rien ne paraît forcé, tout est fluide, naturel et élégant. On sent une équipe soudée, bien dirigée et profondément attachée au bien-être des clients. Le Royal Palm réussit quelque chose de rare : offrir un luxe d’exception tout en conservant une vraie chaleur humaine. On ne s’y sent jamais comme un simple client de passage, mais comme un invité accueilli avec considération. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury pour avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable, élégant et inoubliable. Un palace magnifique, une équipe exceptionnelle et une atmosphère familiale rare.
