Family week at Hotel Jakov (2 adults, kids aged 1 and 6), half board. The strongest thing about this place is the people. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout — a real asset and the main reason the stay felt good. The rooms are large and well laid out for families, with a separate bunk area for the kids. The Aquapark next door is excellent, with a great toddler splash zone as well as bigger slides, and the indoor area and spved a spa make it work whatever the weather. Beautiful, clean beach and grounds. A few honest points for future guests to set expectations: - The beaches have no toilets or changing cabins, which is awkward with small children. - Food in the restaurants is mostly overpriced and surprisingly similar across the outlets — the same pizzas and kids' menus everywhere, so there's less variety than the number of restaurants suggests. - Decent coffee is only available at the bar for an extra charge; there's none worth drinking included with meals. - The resort is very large, so expect long walks — tiring with a toddler in the midday heat. - Lounge music plays almost everywhere, which won't suit everyone. Overall a well-run family resort with outstanding staff and great facilities for kids, let down mainly by pricing of extras and a samey food offer. We'd still recommend it for families — just go in knowing where the small frustrations are.

We had a truly fantastic vacation here! Although I made a small mistake with our reservation at the beginning, the reception staff checked everything carefully and reassured us with kind words, which really put us at ease. The bellboy also gave our children small gifts, making the waiting time enjoyable and not boring at all for them. The room was cozy, spacious, and very comfortable, with no inconveniences at all. We were traveling with our 4-year-old and 2-year-old, and everything—from sleeping arrangements to daily comfort—was perfectly suited for a family with young children. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and we really appreciated that the buffet menu changed slightly each day instead of being the same, which made dining even more enjoyable. We were a bit worried about the water park after reading some negative reviews, but it turned out to be perfect for us. The air and water temperatures were great, the slides were amazing, and there were many excellent facilities for children. We had so much fun that we stayed from opening time until closing every day. The restaurant inside the water park was also very good, and the staff working there were incredibly friendly. There were also many things to see and a playground within the resort itself, so our 2-night, 3-day stay was more than enough to fully enjoy everything. Thank you so much—we are already planning to visit again and will definitely recommend this place to others. We would like to sincerely compliment and thank all the staff for their wonderful service.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage zum schönen Strand. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Reinigungspersonals und in großen Teilen des Servicepersonals. Hiervon könnten sich die Damen an der Rezeption und due Damen und Herren an der Poolbar eine große Scheibe abschneiden. Nicht sooo zuvorkommend. Zimmer Reinigung perfekt und täglich. Frühstück und Abendessen ganz o. k., aber abends teils mit langen Schlangen. Poolanlage ziemlich nett, sieht man mal von den Kunstrasen Teppichen ab. Aber dringend ändern sollte man lt. Meinungen etlicher Mitreisenden die extrem laute und nervende Loungemusik am Pool, Entspannung ist hier echt schwierig. Und vor allen Dingen schocken die überaus teuren Getränke, am Pool Cocktails in labberigen Plastikbechern für 14 Euro, 0,2 l Cola für 4,50. Wasser auch zu teuer, so dass die Gäste galonenweise Wasser aus dem Supermarkt anschleppen. Tipp: moderatere Preise im Hotel= mehr Konsum= allen geholfen...

One of the biggest highlights of this hotel, besides the excellent food, is definitely the kids' entertainment team. Giuseppe and Laura, in particular, were absolutely amazing and made our stay truly special. They were so caring, fun, and engaging that both of our children were in tears when it was time to leave because they wanted to stay with the entertainers. Thank you for making their holiday so unforgettable! The only downside was the housekeeping service. During our six-night stay, our room was properly cleaned only three times. On one occasion, after we reported the issue to the front desk, it was promptly taken care of, which we appreciated. The hotel is certainly on the expensive side, but the quality of the food and the kids' entertainment justifies the price. The only area that could use some improvement is the consistency and attention to room housekeeping. It would also be a nice gesture to offer a loyalty discount for returning guests. This was our third year staying at the hotel, and a small discount or special benefit for repeat customers would be greatly appreciated.

Čitav kompleks Amadria je prekrasan, pun prirodnog zelenila koje se vrijedno održava. Sve je besprekorno uredno, od soba, restorana, lobija. Plaže su neposredno kraj hotela i možete birati koja vam se najviše dopada te ju koristiti za vrijeme svog boravka. Nama je najljepša plaža bila Bijela plaža (ispred hotela Jure) te ju preporučujemo. Hrana je odlična, kvalitetna, raznovrsna. Različite maskote koje su se pojavljivale za vrijeme doručka ili večere su djeci bili prava atrakcija. Aqua park je posebno oduševio djecu. Osoblje je izuzetno predano, stručno i susretljivo. Pohvale za Lori. Svakako se planiramo vratiti. Bio je to prekrasan odmor za cijelu našu porodicu. Hvala na ovako lijepom iskustvu i pozdrav za sve koji vrijedno rade da se pruzi ovakav stepen usluge gostima.

Nádherné ubytování v krásném prostředí. Trochu vyšší ceny ,ale všude čisto a perfektní servis. Jídlo formou bufetu vždy čerstvé a kvalitní. Snídaně teplé i studené, ovoce, na co si vzpomenete. Večeře pestré, moc dobré. Na recepci velmi ochotný personál. Užili jsme si velmi příjemnou dovolenou.Doporučujeme P.s Aquapark je v areálu a syn si ho užil
