Something was seriously wrong everyday - Serious functional issues, things were broken in the room when we arrived - No hot water, had to change rooms in the middle of the night - Got stuck in the lift twice on two separate occasions (jolted heavily and power turned off) - Had staff accidentally spill fresh boiling water all over me and told me to just ‘take a shower’ - No safety deposit included, had to request one - Room telephone wasn’t working, had to go back downstairs from the 7th floor for every small query (especially given the lifts were dodgy) Don’t be fooled by the ‘5 Star’ tag - seems like they’ve just rewarded it to themselves

Completed a seven month renovation barely three weeks ago, beautifully done. Hardwood floors throughout, allowing luggage to glide effortlessly. Reception desk, ground floor lounging areas, dining rooms generously sized but not massive. Buffet area also sensibly laid out. Guest rooms spacious, with ample space to lay out a suitcase. Could have used more horizontal waist-high shelves though, to lay out hand luggage. Workdesk should be about 50% larger. Sleek large flat-screen TV. Light-colored wall coverings and decor, increasing sense of lightness and space. Closet hanging and cabinet spaces also generous, with much more space than is customary for short stays. Two twin beds with nicely supportive and comfortable mattresses. Large pillows provide very nice neck support. Bathroom very good-sized, with spacious shower and hinged partial door to contain splash. More than ample elbow room around toilet. Double sinks sensibly spaced, providing plenty of lay-out space for toiletries. Beautiful, thoughtfully designed sink fixtures. Easy to understand overhead and hand shower controls. Water pressure more than adequate for satisfying showers. Shower floor nicely textured for safety, drains flawlessly. Could have used some grab bars for additional protection in case of loss of balance. Illumination controls well marked, sensibly and conveniently located. Plenty of electrical outlets. HVAC controls beautifully intuitive. A beautifully designed renovation overall, resulting in hassle-free and comfortable stay. Very, very highly recommended.

Comfy room with amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet. The reception lady was kind to offer free parking. Good wellness spa. A little bit shallow swimming pool. Finnish sauna with water is above and beyond.

Amazing customer service! Let me start by saying that we had a terrible experience at another hotel down the street and came to Atrium without a reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and genuine, and they happened to have a room available for us. The check in process was smooth, positive and quick. Amazing customer service! We were just looking for the place to stay overnight but the hotel is so nice and clean, the rooms are amazing, modern and very spacious! They have a parking, breakfast and a wellness center with fitness and spa facilities. Highly recommend!

Hotel 1 mile walk to dalmatian palace and Riva. There's graffiti on the wall that signifies the local football club. There's a supermarket across the street as well Breakfast was good. Depending on an individuals diet, the scrambled eggs have a strange taste. Best to stick to hard boiled eggs. Wide selection of food too. There's a pool with 2 saunas, one is dry and the other is a Turkish bath. Beds are comfortable especially after exploring the town.

Rooms are very large and clean. Breakfast is great and such a good quality. Really worth the money
