My experience at Pegasus Reef Hotel was pleasant and memorable. I'd especially like to appreciate Navodya at the reception for her friendly attitude and professionalism. She communicated clearly and made the interaction comfortable. Having staff members who treat guests with kindness makes a real difference to the overall experience. Enjoyed our stay !!! except the check-in which was not very pleasant. Good location, enough big to have your own privacy and relaxation corner. Need to mention specially about the restaurant staff, and Mr.Nalin in particular. Very helpful, calm, smiling and always ready to accommodate. Keeping an eye to all the customer needs and making sure if any personal request done ,are fulfilled. Good food ,enough choices for everyone ,but personally would appreciate if more Vegetarian choices are kept .

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus Hotel. The view is absolutely excellent, and the hotel itself is clean, quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Although the beach area could be cleaner, the hotel premises are very well kept. For me, this is one of the best hotels I’ve found in the Wattala–Negombo area. The service is also very good and welcoming, especially the lovely front desk staff member, Asini, who was extremely helpful and friendly. We also had a wonderful experience at the Fishery Restaurant specially. The food was excellent, and the service was equally impressive. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful place with great views, excellent food, and very good service. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at Pegasus Reef Hotel! 🌴✨ The location was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, swimming pool, and overall hospitality. Everything was well arranged, and we had a really enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ❤️

We had an amazing time during our MBA get together at this hotel. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the fun activities were excellent. The interactive pool activities made our day even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ann Roshni and Anjali Perera for organizing the pool activities so well. Their friendly smiles, enthusiasm, and outstanding service made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for corporate events, team gatherings, and group outings. We look forward to visiting again!
