We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The garden is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained — you really feel surrounded by nature and mature greenery, which makes the atmosphere so peaceful and relaxing. The bungalows are very nice and comfortable, and the pool area is also great and enjoyable. The overall experience was very good. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. A special thank you to Achini, who was especially nice and made our stay even better. With a little more maintenance and improved mosquito control, the experience would be perfect.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre idyllique ! Une immersion totale dans un cadre magnifique. Cet hôtel est une véritable pépite ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été totalement charmés par le cadre idyllique de l'établissement. L'hôtel est niché au cœur d'une nature luxuriante, entouré de magnifiques arbres et d'une végétation superbe. C'est un endroit d'un calme absolu, ultra dépaysant, où tout a été pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La piscine est elle aussi incroyable, très propre et idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Un personnel exceptionnel et d'une gentillesse rare S'il y a bien un point qui rend ce séjour mémorable, c'est l'équipe sur place. Il s'agit sans hésiter de l'un des meilleurs personnels que j'ai pu croiser dans un hôtel. Tout le monde est d'une gentillesse incroyable, extrêmement sympa, chaleureux et accueillant. Du début à la fin, nous avons été reçus avec le sourire et un sens du service irréprochable qui fait vraiment la différence. Des chambres confortables et dans le mood du lieu Côté hébergement, c'est un sans-faute. La chambre était non seulement très belle, mais aussi extrêmement confortable. La décoration est parfaitement en accord avec le mood naturel et chaleureux de l'hôtel. La literie est top, tout est très bien entretenu et on y dort merveilleusement bien après une belle journée de visite. Une ambiance unique et une super restauration Le petit plus qui rend l'expérience encore plus spéciale : les singes qui se baladent librement dans les arbres au sein du complexe ! C'est vraiment drôle et dépaysant à voir évoluer au quotidien, cela apporte une petite touche de magie supplémentaire au séjour. Pour couronner le tout, la nourriture sur place est excellente, tout ce que nous avons mangé était super bon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room service was excellent, always prompt and professional. The food was delicious and of great quality. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended

Overall good. Excellent breakfast and dinner selections. Fresh local fruits and locally grown plants based / vegetables not to be missed. Room fixtures are dated and need upgrading. Detail cleanliness could be better. Service staff desire to please and prompt.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The common areas were also clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service provided throughout our stay. A beautiful place that we would be happy to visit again.
