Hi there We had a wadding last month Location and rooms ok.but services average Wedding food was rubish .32-3 starter's hotel have better good quality foods I ask why this food not good flaver and protestations #answer was they have another 3 Wedding and dont have staffing to do it. One of the soue chef was sweating and drop hot food. Cold side has a 5 veryties salads as choosing. But very badly see seafood and button mushroom or sweetcorn. They have big publicity to sale it but quality was not worth at all. Think twice before you go there.. ### Thank for your feed back There are no room to informed individual information for fixing up your value deficit. I believe you have to have better knowledge to understand and address certain areas. As my knowledge. I been seen many time advertising digital stages how your venue food quality. But on the ground quality 0. You have chefs in different category. They must test and taste before served. Thanks

We has a great stay at the Cinnamon Grand. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The team at Nuga Gama went out of their way to look after us. Milan and Yohan and the head of the team were all brilliant. Sanjeewa was also really kind to us. Would highly recommend and go back.

Stayed at Cinnamon Grand for a night and had a really lovely experience. I arrived in the evening and headed to The Lagoon for dinner. I ordered from the à la carte seafood menu, and it was honestly one of the best seafood meals I've had in Colombo. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. The next morning, the breakfast buffet definitely lived up to the hype. There was so much to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, and the whole hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again! 😊

My family, close relatives, and I recently visited Nuga Gama Buffet and had a truly wonderful experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of authentic Sri Lankan dishes and desserts that everyone enjoyed. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. His warm and welcoming attitude made our family gathering even more enjoyable and memorable. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed, creating the perfect setting for spending quality time with loved ones. The excellent food, exceptional service, and relaxing environment exceeded our expectations. We sincerely appreciate the effort and dedication shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our visit special. We highly recommend Nuga Gama Buffet to anyone looking for a great dining experience with family and friends, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The room was average, though I'll admit I expected a bit more from an executive room. That said, the service across the hotel more than made up for it. The dining at Plates was excellent, and the laundry service deserves special mention a big thank you to Wasantha for the great care. And reception, provided excellent service throughout my stay, and housekeeping was outstanding as well. The team here really makes the difference, and I'd happily return with my wife for the service alone.

I had the pleasure of dining at Cinnamon Grand today and was truly impressed by the outstanding level of service. Ms. Visaka was extremely professional in her approach and handled everything with great care and consistency. I was once an employee here, and returning today as a guest, I can confidently say that the excellence in service standards remains unchanged. Her customer service truly reflects the signature Cinnamon hospitality. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Fabian for his top-notch welcome, which made the experience even more special. It is clear that the training and service culture here are deeply embedded and consistently upheld by the team.
