We had a truly unforgettable evening at the Pool Bar of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. A special mention goes to the Pool Bar Manager, Mr. Ajith, who personally took the time to check on us and ensure everything was going smoothly. His warm, friendly, and very natural approach made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were being looked after by someone who genuinely knew and cared about us. We would also like to sincerely thank Kasun. He was extremely attentive and friendly, always one step ahead in understanding what we needed even before we asked. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of the Pool Bar, combined with this kind of genuine service from the staff, made our entire evening very enjoyable. Experiencing such authentic hospitality in a hotel is truly special. We will definitely keep this Pool Bar experience as a wonderful memory and look forward to coming back again.

I’m only two days into my 13-day stay at Cinnamon Lakeside, and I already know this is going to be a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel completely at home. A special thank you to Mohamed Rizwan, who has been absolutely amazing. His energy is infectious, his hospitality is exceptional, and he has a wonderful way of making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued. It’s clear that he takes great pride in what he does, and it has made a real difference to my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the service has exceeded my expectations. If the first two days are anything to go by, I’m really looking forward to the remaining 11 days. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful Sunday evening at the Pool Bar! The atmosphere was lovely with a great vibe, making it the perfect place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pizzas which were a highlight of the night. The cocktails were refreshing and well-crafted. What truly made our visit special was the warm and friendly service. The staff were always smiling and very attentive. Special thanks to Lasantha, Kasun, Menuka, and Ashen for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend this place for a great evening with good food and drinks!

Had the absolute best time relaxing by the pool bar as an outside guest! The entire vibe makes you forget you're even in the city. A massive thank you to the manager, Ajith, whose exceptional hospitality and professional oversight really set the standard for the day he genuinely cares about every guest's experience and made us feel so welcome. The staff members were wonderful, with a special mention to Kasun who helped ensure our service ran smoothly throughout the afternoon. As for the poolside menu, the food items were spectacular the bites were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and ideal for a sunny day. Pair that with their special tropical cocktails and refreshing mocktails, which were expertly mixed and beautifully presented, and you have a perfect afternoon. We will definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Lounge at Cinnamon Lakeside, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Nethma, Isuru and Taniya. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued throughout my visit. Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to assist with every request made my experience truly memorable. An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! The dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of dishes, with each station delivering hot, high-quality food.
