The stay of 11th & 12th July It was a amazing and wonderful stay at Sheraton Kosgoda. Amazing environment, Clean and Neat atmosphere, Wonderful and Friendly Staff, Wonderful service.... The check in was very smooth and attended by Ms. Sathya. She's very helpful and guide us in a very friendly manner. We got the room 128 and it was a clean, neat and wonderful environment with many amenities. S Kitchen, food are wonderful and very delicious and there were many varieties to choose. Dessert section and salad section was wonderful. Kids were enjoyed themselves very much so as we. Staff were very nice to us and all of them given a friendly superb service. Love to check in again soon.

From the moment we arrived, my wife, our two children, and I knew we were about to experience something truly special. Nestled along one of Sri Lanka's most breathtaking stretches of coastline, the resort offers mesmerizing views of the Indian Ocean, where every sunrise and sunset feels like a masterpiece. The elegance of the surroundings, combined with genuine Sri Lankan hospitality, created memories our family will treasure forever. Our heartfelt appreciation goes first to Mr. Sahan Thabrew, who orchestrated every detail of our stay with exceptional care and professionalism. His warm personal welcome immediately made us feel at home, and his thoughtful arrangement of Room 415 elevated our holiday beyond expectations. From check-in to check-out, he anticipated every need with remarkable attention to detail. His kindness, humility, and commitment to guest satisfaction transformed our stay into something truly extraordinary. He is undoubtedly one of Sheraton's greatest ambassadors. Our arrival was made seamless by Mr. Ashen, whose professionalism ensured a smooth and effortless check-in experience. The suite itself was magnificent! A perfect blend of sophistication, comfort, and luxury. With an expansive living area, two large-screen televisions, an elegant bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub, and breathtaking panoramic views of the endless Indian Ocean, every moment spent in the room felt like a privilege. Every corner reflected impeccable standards of cleanliness and care, thanks to the outstanding work of Mr. Gihan from Housekeeping. One of the most heartwarming aspects of our stay was the exceptional care shown by Miss Sathya. She personally escorted us to our room, patiently introduced us to the facilities, and even shared her official contact number should we need any assistance. Her warmth, sincerity, and graceful hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. It is rare to meet someone who serves with such passion and kindness. Our culinary journey was equally unforgettable. Every meal was a celebration of flavour, freshness, and creativity. The lavish buffet featured an impressive selection of local favourites and international delicacies, beautifully presented and expertly prepared. A special tribute goes to Head Chef Prasanna Wimalasurendra, whose passion for culinary excellence was evident throughout every service. Seeing him personally present in the restaurant, carefully overseeing every detail and interacting with guests, reflected his unwavering commitment to delivering perfection. His leadership and dedication deserve the highest recognition. Our sincere thanks also go to Mr. Adrian, the Restaurant Manager, whose attentiveness ensured that every dining experience was flawless. We were delighted to meet Consultant Chef Mr. Vithanachchi, whose presence further demonstrated the resort's commitment to culinary excellence. Exceptional service continued with Mr. Anjana and Mr. Sandeep, who consistently exceeded expectations with their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Mr. Anjana, in particular, went far beyond his role, making every meal feel personal and memorable. Our children were especially touched by the kindness of Chef Ishara and Chef Sanoj, whose thoughtful attention made every dining experience exciting and enjoyable for them. Those small acts of care often become the memories families cherish the most. An equally memorable highlight was enjoying a beautifully crafted signature cocktail prepared by Mr. Mihiran, whose creativity and passion behind the bar added another special touch to our holiday. We had an amazing 10-day stay at Sheraton Kosgoda. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued throughout our holiday. A special mention goes to the Food & Beverage team and the S Kitchen restaurant. The food was outstanding, with an excellent variety and quality every day. Even during busy meal times, the team provided fast, professional, and friendly service. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Kosgoda team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!

One night stay 11th to 12th July From arrival to departure we have a lovely experience. Arrival & departure mini ceremony was a unique touch that we have not experienced elsewhere. Check in was smooth & very attentive to ensure our room was ready & clean. This was ensured by the very helpful & friendly Ms. Satya. She got my wife's mobile number to keep in touch if we needed anything else during our stay which was very kind of her. Me & my wife came for an Office trip & our room was 320 a nice & clean room with a ocean & lagoon like view. Our room had special amenities courtesy of Mr. Sanjan which the housekeeping team had neatly arranged which was most appreciated by my Wife. The meals & spread was really good & all the food we had were delicious. Mr. Sanjan in his absence made sure that Mr. Edrian took good care of us while dining at the main restaurant. Special thanks to Raveen the very friendly & helpful waiter who took very good care of us. While having lunch before checking out Ms. Satya met us in the restaurant & arranged a late check out which was very kind as we needed extra rest before packing up. The pool was very clean & well kept which we enjoyed very much. The in house animator was helpful to provide a Volleyball for activities as well. Check out was just as smooth as check in. Overall amazing stay & we'd love return again soon.

Our company recently held its annual trip at Sheraton Kosgoda, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the staff. From the quotation stage to finalizing agreements and arrangements, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely friendly. During our stay, every staff member greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The hotel offered good value for money compared to similar properties and is conveniently located just about 2.5 hours from Colombo, making it an excellent choice for corporate outings and family getaways. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the hotel's commitment to Sri Lankan culture. Guests were welcomed with traditional drumming and cultural performances, and a cultural blessing was performed when we departed. At night, the hotel organized a cultural show that brought guests together and showcased local traditions. Speaking with one of the staff members, I learned that their goal is to unite guests and promote Sri Lankan culture through these events, which is something truly special and commendable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available and everything we tried was delicious. The chefs and restaurant staff were also friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel also offers a great range of facilities, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, volleyball court, table tennis, and the Little Hatchlings kids' activity area. The sandy beach is perfect for a relaxing evening walk, and the sunset view from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sheraton Kosgoda to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, great facilities, delicious food, and a genuine cultural experience.

We stayed at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort on 30th and 31st May 2026 with our family. Without hesitation, I can say that this is one of the finest hotels in Sri Lanka. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and looked after exceptionally well by the staff. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all of a very high standard, offering excellent quality and taste. I would especially like to recognize Restaurant Assistant Manager Adrian for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. As my wife was pregnant during our stay, he went above and beyond to ensure her comfort, regularly checking on her well-being and making us feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, we experienced a disappointing incident at the hopper station during the dinner buffet, where a staff member spoke in a manner that was neither courteous nor professional. However, Adrian handled the situation promptly and professionally, offering a sincere apology and taking immediate steps to ensure that our experience remained enjoyable. While the incident itself was disappointing, the way it was addressed reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and the high standards maintained by the rest of the team. Setting aside that isolated incident, we would happily give this hotel 10/10 in every aspect. The quality of the accommodation, the excellent food, the beautiful surroundings, and the warmth of the staff made our stay truly memorable. We had a wonderful experience overall and look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
