This has been a great holiday for our family at this stunning resort. The location is perfect, access to the beach is incredible and all the activities you can choose from just make the stay even better. Breakfast was a highlight for us - we’ve never had better hoppers in our lives - Jasinthe is the hoppers queen! I had her hoppers everyday for breakfast and would come back to have more. She and the entire wait staff were amazing and caring, helping us throughout our stay. Mahesh and his team looked after us on the ground actively, Lavaneethan and his team ensure our rooms were well cleaned and looked after. Our children were actively trashing the room so I appreciate the effort he went to ensure it was a clean and safe space for them to play in. He also made sure we were never short of water either. It’s definitely a place worth the visit! The team just make it so easy for families to come and stay. We stayed for four nights and it was seem less. From check-in to check-out it was great!

I never give 5 star reviews but I couldn’t fault anything here. The rooms were beautiful ours straight out on to the beach. Everyone couldn’t do enough for us. Very attentive without being too overwhelming. Food was really good both in the crab cafe and main restaurant. Definitely book a trip with the hotel if you want an experience we booked one with nature trails and one externally and the external one was nowhere near as good or professional. Haven't been to a cinnamon hotel in a while but this one takes the cake. The staff are very engaged and friendly. The hotel houses very experienced staff which is a good thing if you're interacting with the nature trials department. The food is really quite good. The chefs seem to be pushing the envelope and I saw few things that I've only seen in the best restaurants on Colombo. The housekeeping facilities are really on point and trustworthy. The bartenders are I think some of the best I've encountered in this part of Sri Lanka. If you're staying here it would be a waste to not try a few of the cocktails they have to offer. I think credit has to be given to the manager at this hotel. She seems to run a tight ship and the results are there! She seems to be very engaged and I think as long as there is leadership like this the experience at this hotel can only get better.

Our stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Sri Lankan hospitality that made us feel right at home. The location is simply breathtaking, with direct access to a pristine beach and stunning views of the turquoise ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, and every meal exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication to providing outstanding service made our holiday even more memorable. The pool, beach, and overall atmosphere created the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Every detail reflected the high standards that Cinnamon Hotels is known for. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Trinco Blu by Cinnamon team for making our stay so wonderful. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable beach vacation in Trincomalee.

A beautiful place to stay if you want a hotel right beside the beach. It’s situated next to Upuveli Beach — a quiet stretch reserved for the hotel residents, which made it feel private and peaceful. I absolutely loved the sea, and the sunrise was simply breath taking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and full of flavour. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Had many selections, both western and local and it was very tasty. Kudos to the chef! I truly enjoyed my stay here and only wish I had stayed longer than one night.
