We stayed here from the 27th of May and booked 5 rooms for 11 people. Sadly, our experience was disappointing from the beginning. We felt there were too many unnecessary restrictions during our stay. Before arriving, we requested a complimentary cake through the reservation team, but the request was refused in a very rude and aggressive way over the phone. We also asked if they could play some light music by the pool since there was already a sound system available. However, shortly after, the staff removed it and claimed they did not have music facilities. What disappointed us the most was the way local guests seemed to be treated compared to foreigners. It felt like the staff were much friendlier and more welcoming to guests who spoke English, while locals were treated differently. Considering the amount we paid, we expected much better hospitality and service. There are definitely other places in the area that offer a warmer welcome and better value for money.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The facilities were excellent, the food was amazing, and the overall experience was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my vacation and had a great time throughout my stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was pleasant, and everything made the trip even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would love to visit again! ❤️✨

All inclusive. This has around 360 modern rooms. Evening there was a stage event and free beverages at the location. There is after hours restaurant, until morning 7AM, having short eats and allmost all the beverages. Usually in weekends, the hotel gets busy. Better visit in weekdays.

We stayed at this hotel on **24 February 2022**, and overall, we had a pleasant and memorable experience. The property is vast, with a large number of well-maintained rooms and excellent facilities. One of its biggest highlights is the **direct beach access**, which adds to the charm of the resort and provides guests with a relaxing seaside experience. We especially enjoyed spending time at the **swimming pool**, which was clean, spacious, and well maintained. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was when a group of the hotel staff surprised the guests with an energetic dance performance near the pool. Their enthusiasm and warm hospitality created a lively atmosphere and made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were courteous, and the overall amenities and services met our expectations. The property offers a comfortable environment for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. However, there was one significant drawback during our stay. We experienced **frequent power outages**, and there did not appear to be a functioning generator backup. This affected the comfort of our stay and was unexpected for a property of this size and standard. A reliable backup power system is an essential facility for any hotel, and addressing this issue would greatly enhance the guest experience. Apart from the power interruptions, everything else—from the facilities and hospitality to the beach access and recreational amenities—was excellent. With a dependable power backup system in place, this hotel has the potential to offer an outstanding stay for its guests. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider visiting again once this issue is resolved.

Had a great experience at this hotel. It was a different positive experience. The hotel was crowded though. All inclusive and the food was amazing. The mini bar is free and they give large water bottles too. They gave us a free room upgrade and decorated out room to for a surprise birthday event. They provided a bottle of wine and a cake also complementary. They don't do it for everyone but still they gave it for me. Thank you for the management and reminda thennakoon for giving us this special experience.

Хороший отель! Для Шри-Ланки я думаю, что очень даже хороший. Номера: стандартные, не было ничего убитого, сломанного, грязного, но видно, что отелю много лет. Есть балконы. Кондиционер и потолочный вентилятор работают хорошо, проблем не возникло. Сервис: отличный! Улыбчивый, дружелюбный персонал. Приятно приходить в обеденную зону, на бар, да просо сталкиваться с уборщиками номеров. Все спросят как дела и откликнуться на любую просьбу. Питание: нам понравилось. Разнообразный стол: говядина, баранина, рыба, курица, морепродукты. Есть зона health food, локальные блюда, большой выбор овощей и фруктов. Рестораны по меню также приятно удивили. Kaori - азиатская кухня, La forchetta - итальянская. Бар: Не скажу, что очень большой выбор коктейлей и напитков, достаточный. Есть как алко, так и алко фри напитки. Бар в бассейне отлично освежает во время знойной жары. Пляж: чистый пляж, были волны. В целом, они везде почти по побережью, но с детьми, наверное, не покупаться. Мы посещали океан даже в волны, для нас не критично. Разнообразная развлекательная программа. Каждый день что-то происходит: игры в бассейне, конкурсы за призы, вечерняя программа, спа и тд. Нам было некогда скучать. Есть 4 бассейна, хватает всем. Детский бассейн с горками. Нам понравилось местоположение, гораздо спокойнее туристического Хиккадувы. Рядом есть аренда байка. Мы на байке отправлялись на серфинг/дайвинг. На территории встретили много зверей: от варана до мартышек. Нам показалось это милым:)
