We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana during our recent vacation to Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, though we really wished we had booked two because the experience was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt goodbye, the service was outstanding. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry. The flavours were fantastic and the spread was so generous. Even our kids loved the food, which made the experience even more special for us. A special thank you to Chef Asindu, Gayan from the F&B team, the reception staff, and all the kitchen and service teams. I had noted down more names but unfortunately misplaced them, however every member of the team deserves appreciation for their wonderful hospitality. We also stayed at another well-known hotel nearby due to unavailability, and the difference in service was very noticeable — Cinnamon Lodge’s hospitality was truly on another level. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We miss Sri Lanka already and can’t wait to visit again! Much Love!

We recently stayed at cinnamon lodge habarana. It was a wonderful stay! I went with my family. The accommodation was absolutely great, and the atmosphere was so calm and peaceful. The staff was very kind and welcoming throughout our visit. In particular, we were treated really well by Sous Chef Ravindra and Chef Ayesha, who went above and beyond for us. We were especially impressed by their accessibility features, as they provided wheelchairs for elderly guests, which made our trip much easier. Regarding the dining, the food tasted amazing, though the spread could have been better with a bit more variety. Overall, the excellent service, personal care from the chefs, and tranquil environment made for a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with a large swimming pool. The setting is absolutely stunning, featuring a beautiful butterfly garden and a vast, lush property. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thanks to Niranga, who took care of our room. He was exceptionally kind and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. We are truly grateful to him. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka

I had a wonderfu stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. And the overall atmosphere was relaxing with a beautiful view. Everything was handled professionally, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. The food was marvelous, specially the deserts.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Sumith, one of the restaurant staff members. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our dining experience even more enjoyable. His warm hospitality and excellent service truly stood out. I would give Sumith a 100% recommendation! 👏 His dedication and friendly attitude are a real asset to the hotel. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff were exceptional — truly some of the best, if not the best, we experienced during our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. We would especially like to thank Chef Ravindra Samarakoon for the amazing ice cream tasting experience. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and the chilli-flavoured ice cream was such a fun and unexpected surprise! Thank you, Chef, and the entire restaurant team for your excellent service and for making the experience so special. A special mention also goes to our butler, Asanka Ravindra, who was incredibly attentive to even the smallest details. His thoughtful and personalized service made our stay extremely comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress-free. Finally, a big shout-out to the housekeeping team, Ronal and Prebath, for their excellent work and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this place and would happily return again!
