We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala. What made our experience truly exceptional was the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The buffet was excellent, with an impressive variety of delicious dishes and outstanding quality. The hotel facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Jayani, Pubudu, Lakshika, Glen, Bandula, and Roshani for their exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail. Their genuine kindness made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Cinnamon Wild Yala and hope to return again in the future.

Amazing Wildlife Experience Our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala was unforgettable. The location is incredible, surrounded by nature, and we were lucky enough to spot elephants and peacocks right from the hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, the buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and our chalet was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks sandu,roshani,Dewin Glen pubudu akash dinuka for the lovely warm hospitality. They did a good service to us. The safari arranged through the hotel was well organized and truly memorable. We would definitely return.

We had the most amazing time at Cinnamon Wild Yala. The property is right outside Yala National Park, which means that crocodiles, water buffalo, and even elephants are roaming around right by where you stay. The staff were absolutely amazing - special mention to Sameera, Jayani, Ishani, Roshani, Sada, and Gilen. They were all so hospitable and kind. The food was fantastic too, every meal was a treat. A big recommendation and thank you to Chinthaka who was our wildlife guide on the two safaris we booked through the hotel. He was so knowledgeable and ensured we had the best time. He was an expert tracker and found us multiple leopards, elephants, crocodiles and amazing birds. We were sad to leave and definitely will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Yala, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a great balance between luxury and the wilderness experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a good variety of local and international options. One of the highlights was seeing wildlife around the property, which made the experience even more memorable. Huge thanks to sandu roshani and Sahan tharindu and themiya prabath champika lalith and Prince who made beautiful elephant and basnayaka to their lovely service and island too. Overall, Cinnamon Wild Yala exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay near Yala. We would gladly return in the future.

Absolutely incredible stay… we booked a beach chalet, and it was well worth it, a cute, quaint cabin feel to really fit the jungle holiday aesthetic. Prasindu was incredible, keeping our room in pristine shape. The entire staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The main event was the buffet - absolutely delicious and an unbelievably diverse range of foods

My stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious, and every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable — incredibly close to the Block 1 entrance, making those early morning game drives so easy and convenient. But the true highlight was the setting itself. The hotel overlooks a stunning lake where we regularly spotted wildlife right from the property, including crocodiles, water buffalo, and an incredible variety of birdlife. It felt immersive, peaceful, and uniquely special. A truly memorable stay and easily one of the best places to experience Yala. Highly recommend!
