Nuestra experiencia en Lazure ha sido, en general, fantástica. Es un hotel que ha sido un gran descubrimiento para nosotros y esta ha sido ya nuestra segunda estancia. Sin duda, volveremos muchas más veces porque nos encanta el lugar, el ambiente, las instalaciones y la sensación general que transmite el hotel. Sin embargo, creemos que hay un aspecto que deberían cuidar especialmente: el personal del comedor. En general, nos hemos encontrado con un trato bastante frío y, en algunos casos, incluso cortante. Hay determinados empleados que transmiten la sensación de estar deseando que termines y te marches, algo que no encaja en absoluto con el nivel y la experiencia que ofrece el hotel. Durante nuestra estancia hubo además un grupo de empleados jóvenes cuyo comportamiento nos resultó especialmente desagradable: comentarios y risas entre ellos a costa de los clientes, formas de hablar poco amables y situaciones en las que prácticamente se nos invitaba a levantarnos de la mesa. Queremos mencionar especialmente a Daniel, ya que su actitud la veo particularmente poco profesional y nos hizo sentir bastante incómodos. Lo comentamos porque precisamente valoramos muchísimo este hotel y nos daría mucha pena que un aspecto así terminara perjudicando una experiencia que, por lo demás, es excelente. Esperamos que el hotel revise con cuidado la selección, formación y supervisión del personal de comedor, porque unos pocos malos comportamientos pueden acabar empañando todo el trabajo que hay detrás de un establecimiento tan especial. Nos quedamos con lo bueno, que es muchísimo, y volveremos, pero esperamos que en futuras visitas este aspecto haya mejorado.

Superb hotel with everything you could ever want for a relaxing break in the ☀️ The hotel is ideally placed for trips by bus to nearby towns and cities being directly opposite the bus station only a few steps away. Lloret itself has a lively side and a slightly slower paced old town which has lots of shops and restaurants which open late into the evening. You can mostly avoid the lively bit if you wish although it can be a bit noisy at night. Our room was a family suite of a good size and was well laid out, some storage in the living room would have been useful for when that area is being used as a separate bedroom. The bathroom was large and spacious and our balcony overlooked the pool area with seating provided. The hotel itself has two large pools a large sitting out deck, several restaurants and a rooftop bar and show bar with activities and events running daily. We chose the full board option which was excellent, with a breakfast, dinner and evening meal served in La Plaza, buffet style with a vast range of choice and something different at every mealtime to suit everyone’s tastes. We ate like kings! The mealtimes covered good time periods meaning you could have breakfast late if you wanted and evening meal up until 10pm. We had a lovely relaxing holiday with trips to Barcelona, Girona and Tossa de mar which are reasonably priced and easily accessible by bus. The walk along the beachfront is lovely but bustling and in general the resort has something to offer for everyone and the hotel made the stay a real luxury break.

The rooms are quite comfortable except for there being a glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom area. If someone needs to be up early to shower or use the bathroom during the night, the light goes throughout the entire room. The staff are fantastic as well as the breakfast! The location is problematic from a parking standpoint but finding inexpensive parking was easy enough in a paid lot across the street (this was in February). The biggest issue with this hotel is noise. There is a bar/club on the main level that played extremely loud music until 11:30 on Friday night. There was also some sort of sporting event going on nearby and the athletes were staying at our hotel. Our family was put on the same floor as them and they were up until 5:30 am being noisy in the hallway and slamming doors. Overall, this hotel is probably great for the youth/club scene but not for families who desire quiet. I would recommend staying in nearby Tossa de Mar instead.

Stayed for a week in July wth 3 children. Llorent De Mar has a lively/ party vibe and the town isn't really a family resort. That said, drive 10-15 mins up or down the coast and you have many better options. What we liked ✅ the breakfast & evening "half board" were really good quality and better than we'd expected. Freshly made sushi, seafood, paella. Plus the usual options of pizza/ pasta/ salad bar etc. ✅ restaurant service was generally efficient for drinks and cleaning plates ✅ the hotel is modern and has a lovely reception and is generally well maintained. However ❌ Location - it's in a very noisy location next to one of the main roads and it was never peacaeful on the balcony or pool ❌ Parking - whilst you can drop-off outside, the hotel has no parking. This means a daily searrch for a space and up to €30/ day parking fees ❌ as a family of 5 we had to have an 'accessible' room but no account was made that there were 5 people staying e.g. the bathroom has no towel rails and only 2 towel hooks. ❌ housekeeping was patchy and we had to make several requests for the room to be serviced when it hadn't been even after 4pm. Even when the room was cleaned, things like mirrors & the balcony weren't ❌ there's only one main adult pool which gets very crowded and seems small for such a large hotel. The kids slides/ water play is only really suitable for toddlers.

After a disappointing experience at another hotel, we booked this one with some hesitation, but it exceeded all of our expectations. We were given a fantastic room, everything was spotless, and both pool areas were beautiful and never felt too crowded. The food and cocktails were excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend booking dinner as well—even the buffet-style dinner was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to try. The breakfast was also excellent, and we really appreciated that the selection changed slightly every day, keeping it interesting. The town is known for its lively nightlife, but we were pleasantly surprised that none of the noise reached the hotel, making it peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

One of my favourite hotels to visit. I stayed here to wind down after a busy dance event and L'Azure hotel never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The spa staff are lovely, special mention must go to Emi her massages are fantastic and really helped me recover physically after so much dancing. Even when the hotel is full, you don't notice because it has such a peaceful atmosphere.
