My recent stay here was nothing short of fantastic, and what truly sets this hotel apart is its world-class, incredibly attentive staff. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until my departure, every single team member went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Front Desk & Reception The warm hospitality starts right at reception. A massive shoutout to Mr. Bhasil—what an amazing guy! He always has a bright smile on his face, greeting everyone so kindly and instantly making you feel welcome. His positive energy sets the tone for the entire hotel experience. Housekeeping Excellence The level of care in room maintenance is unmatched. Mr. Abdur and Budhadeep from the housekeeping team deserve special praise for their incredible attention to detail. Every single day, my room was kept spotless, refreshed, and exceptionally comfortable. Their dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed! Dining at The Atrium Restaurant Dining at Atrium was a daily highlight, thanks to Mr. Mahbub and Mr. Shekhar. These amazing folks are the epitome of excellent service! Whether it was the morning breakfast spread or delightful, relaxing dinners, they constantly ensured everything was perfect and always left me happy and well taken care of after every meal. Culinary Wonders A huge applause to the kitchen team! Chef Sanjit consistently delivers exceptional culinary delights that are absolutely, gobsmackingly awesome! Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Final Verdict Overall, a very good experience from start to finish. Exceptional team, great amenities, and genuine warmth. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Muscat!

very good experience staying there. Mr. Sakenth, Mr. Basil, Juna Kalita all were very helpful. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Very delicious breakfast.The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here is a breakdown of my stay: Location & Parking: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Having covered parking was a huge plus and very convenient. Howecer, Upon check-in, there was no valet staff available to assist with the car, as the attendant was away for prayer. While we respect religious practices, management should ensure coverage so guests aren't left stranded during peak check-in times. The Room: The room size was quite good and spacious, which made the stay comfortable. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved; it wasn't as polished as I expected. And we had to request room cleaning five separate times before someone finally arrived to attend to the room. Facilities & Dining: The pool is average (okay)—nothing special but functional. Breakfast was good and decent enough to start the day, but it wasn't "extraordinary" or anything out of the ordinary. Service: Generally, the service was a bit slow. We had a specific issue when we requested an ironing board; it arrived in a very poor and dirty condition, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Summary: If you are looking for a great location and a large room, this is a solid choice. However, the management needs to focus more on housekeeping details and speeding up their service.

We had a flight cancelled and were taken to Best Western to await further instructions. The staff were fabulous. It seems the communication to them from the airline was as poor as it was to us. The rooms were clean with adequate amenities. Thank you to our room service attendant. He kept us supplied with clean towels and water. Our luggage was kept at the airport so we had nothing with us. It was fabulous to have the shampoo and body wash in the shower. They provided us with a charge port so that we could charge our phones and iPads. The restaurant staff were marvellous in the Atrium. In particular the chef kept coming to check how we were and how things were progressing. In fact it was him that kept us more informed than our airline did. Thanks Chef - we truly appreciate your care. The service desk staff were forever patient with our continued inquiries if the airline had rung. We were delayed 2 days.
