Overall, we had a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was generally very good. One area that could be improved is the concierge service. When we arrived, there was no concierge available to assist us, so we had to take our luggage to the rooms by ourselves. Having someone available to welcome guests and help with their luggage upon arrival would make the experience much better. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Tindu at The Backstage breakfast lounge. He was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and his service really made our breakfast experience more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay a pleasant one.

It’s a great, modern hotel. Almost all of the staff are polite and helpful. I interacted with many of them at reception and can easily say that most are perfectly selected and trained for their roles. Additionally, the restaurant staff, like Hasib, and Chandu at the swimming pool were very friendly and attentive. Kudos to the Marriott Human Resources team for recruiting such exceptional staff. I know how difficult that is, but they truly have one of the best recruitment teams, the kind I’ve always wished for in the companies I’ve worked for! When I was checking the hotel online, I thought the rooms might be overly modern and impractical after seeing the washbasin in a separate area right behind the bed and the shower almost inside the room. However, once I checked in and started using the space, I found it to be very functional and convenient. The gym is also good, equipped with TechnoGym machines and free weights, enough for a proper workout during your stay. The pool depth is a uniform 1.1m throughout. On-site parking is available for guests, and the hotel itself offers a free shuttle service to the Mall of Oman. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Muscat. The only thing they need to improve is the internet speed, which is slow and unstable.

I would like a reasonable explanation as to why my receipt from my stay on March 6, 2026 has still not been provided. It has already been over a month. I already informed your staff at check-in that I would need the receipt. However, it was not given to me upon check-out. I have also sent emails requesting it, but I have received neither the receipt nor any proper response. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have already received receipts from all the other hotels I stayed at during this trip — yours is the only one that has failed to provide it. None of the other hotels under the Marriott International group have ever ignored requests like this — your service is absolutely unacceptable. Is this really the level of service expected from a hotel under the Marriott International group? The efficiency and responsiveness are extremely disappointing. Because of your delay in issuing the receipt, I am now unable to proceed with my insurance claim. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution to this matter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Aloft Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special appreciation to Mr. Tinto, who personally approached us during breakfast and took the time to check if everything was comfortable and to our satisfaction. His warm and friendly nature really made a positive impression on us. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were excellent, and the whole team made us feel very welcome.
