We came for a day pass and really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and relaxing. All the staff were kind and welcoming, especially Caroline at Al Tanoor Restaurant. She took great care of us and made our visit more enjoyable with her friendly service. Thank you, for making our day so special. We will definitely come again. Highly recommend!

Thank you Mr. Charitha - HK.Supervisor and Mr. Hein - R A The restaurant was outstanding, with delicious, fresh, and well-prepared food, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Mohsin mohsin joma for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant, and I look forward to coming back again.

Our three-night stay at Hilton Al Bandar was unfortunately quite disappointing, particularly considering the standard we expected from a Hilton property. The biggest concern was the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. They felt old and outdated, and upon entering, we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell, seemingly coming from the bedding and towels. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly clean either. Overall, the rooms did not feel fresh, clean, or comfortable. Our friends who stayed with us had the same impression. The restaurant, on the other hand, was good, and we appreciated the dining experience. However, the condition of the rooms and the gym facilities, which were extremely old and worn, fell well below our expectations. Another major issue was the overcrowding on certain days, particularly Friday. The excessive number of day-pass visitors meant that the peaceful beach and resort atmosphere was completely lost. The swimming pool, lazy river, and beach were so crowded that it was difficult to find space to enjoy the facilities. Instead of feeling like a relaxing resort getaway, the atmosphere resembled an overcrowded public venue. We had booked three nights hoping to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, but Friday was so unpleasant that we preferred to remain in our room rather than deal with the crowds. The hotel has potential, and the restaurant was a positive aspect of our stay, but room cleanliness, maintenance, and crowd management need significant improvement. We sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, as guests paying to stay at the resort should be able to enjoy clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable access to the facilities they have paid for.🙏

A lovely hotel, beautifully nestled along the Omani coast, surrounded by dramatic rocky landscapes and lush greenery. Our children particularly enjoyed the lazy river and splash area, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The staff took excellent care of us, with a special mention to Javed, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in our room. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families, but also to couples and guests traveling without children, thanks to the hotel's dedicated adults-only areas. It is also conveniently located within easy reach of central Muscat, making it a great option for business travelers as well.

We stayed here last weekend with our family and had a wonderful time. Set between the dramatic Al Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman, the views are stunning. The kids loved the pools and exploring the lazy river that connects the properties, and the private beach was a huge hit. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared-for. We enjoyed great meals (the breakfast and dining options at Al Tanoor and the specialty spots are fantastic). Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Al Bandar, and one of the highlights of our experience was the restaurant. The food quality was excellent, especially the grill section. A special thanks to Chef Amir, the Iranian chef, for preparing such delicious food and taking the time to explain the dishes with genuine care and attention. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Chef Amir, and the entire team for such a fantastic experience.
