My experience was truly exceptional, and I was very impressed by the excellent services, facilities, and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would especially like to thank Budoor AL Toobi and the receptionist, Waleed Al Zakwani, for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Our stay at dusitD2 Jabal Akhdar, Oman was absolutely wonderful. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional staff and service. From the start, Moktar, Adill, and Mazen stood out with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They consistently went The extra mile to make sure everything was excellent. and that we felt truly welcome. The Veranda Restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The buffet was amazing excellent variety, high quality, and delicious flavors. The service was just as impressive. A big thank you to Jessa, Myline, and Mercy, whose warm smiles, attentiveness, and care made every meal a pleasure. Special thanks as well to Andy, the bellboy, who was helpful, friendly, and efficient from arrival to departure. One of the most memorable experiences was seeing and tasting the authentic Omani bread, freshly made on site. This traditional touch added a beautiful element to our stay and made it truly unique. I highly recommend dusitD2 Jabal Akhdar for anyone visiting Oman. Exceptional service, generous and best food, and very excellent hospitality we will definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the dusitD2 Naseem Resort in Jabal Akhdar, Oman, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with refreshing drinks, which was a lovely touch after our journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Omani elements. The views from the resort are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain landscapes all around. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable that we had trouble getting up in the mornings! The balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. Every meal we had was a delight, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone, from fresh fruits to hearty hot dishes. The resort also boasts fantastic facilities, including free access to the adventure park, which was a huge hit with both kids and parents! It was such a fun way to spend the day, with various activities that kept everyone entertained. Watching my kids explore and enjoy the park while I relaxed nearby was a perfect balance of family fun. We loved the infinity pool, which seemed to blend perfectly with the stunning views of the mountains. The spa services were a treat, and I highly recommend indulging in a massage after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploration, the location of the resort is perfect for those looking to discover the natural beauty of Jabal Akhdar. The staff were very helpful in suggesting local attractions and arranging activities, such as hiking and sightseeing tours. Overall, our stay at dusitD2 Naseem Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning surroundings made it a truly unforgettable experience. A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality. A special thank you to Waleed, Zahran, Sami, Anwar, and Azza for making our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived at reception until check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, going the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience. The restaurant was also excellent, with a lovely variety of delicious food and great options to choose from. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the warm Omani hospitality. We had a wonderful experience at DusitD2 Jabal Akhdar. The buffet was excellent, with a good variety of dishes, great taste and very attentive service. A special appreciation to Ahmed for his warm hospitality, courteous service and attention throughout our meal. His friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely welcome and added to the overall experience. We had a wonderful stay at Dusit2 Jabal Akhdar. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by amazing mountain views. The activities organized by the hotel were really enjoyable and made our stay even more special. Neel from the Kids Club was also very friendly, caring, and helpful. He made sure the kids had a great time and was always happy to help. A special mention to Baagy, the rider-cart driver, who was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and showed us around the hotel area, which made our stay more comfortable.
