Splendido Hotel incastonato in un bellissimo centro commerciale. Siamo stati accolti con garbatezza e gentilezza al nostro arrivo. Ci siamo sentiti sin da subito a nostro agio. Parte del personale parla italiano. Struttura molto efficiente e ben organizzata. Abbiamo preso una family suite corredata di tutti i comfort, con piccola cucina, asse e ferro da stiro, cassaforte, etc....... Pulizia in generale ottima. Personale gentilissimo. Posizione centrale nella movida di Paceville. Una piscina panoramica all'undicesimo piano a dir poco spettacolare. La colazione presso il ristorante Fornelli

We recently stayed at St. Julian’s Bie Hotel for a few days. It was a bit of a unique experience, as the reception is located downstairs in the shopping mall, and you then have to cross over and take a lift up to the hotel rooms. It felt a little unusual at first, but we got used to it. The majority of the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also told we’d been given a complimentary room upgrade, which we were really excited about. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite feel like an upgrade once we got to the room. Stepping onto the balcony, the view was mostly blocked by surrounding walls, and what we could see overlooked construction sites, so it wasn’t the view we’d hoped for. We appreciated the gesture, though. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the three of us, with everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great and made it easy to get around, although we didn’t have enough time to fully explore the area. The rooftop terrace looked lovely, and although we didn’t get the chance to use the pool or bar, it seemed like a nice place to relax. Do keep in mind that the pool gets very busy during the day. Breakfast was fairly average—there was enough choice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent location - we will step outside the mall and basically jump into a Bolt which was our main mode of transport in Malta and it was very reliable and very useful especially because we only had a few days on the island.

We went in April for a short trip and this hotel was amazing and great value. The rooms were nice, ours had a balcony with a table and chairs which we weren't aware of at booking and so it was a nice surprise. The pool was never too busy and was constantly attended to so getting drinks and food delivered to a chair was no issue and was reasonably priced. Towels were provided poolside. The rooms seemed to be cleaned twice daily as they were always freshly made whenever we'd been out. Breakfast was included in our rate booking direct and was good, however closed somewhat early so we didn't always have time. We paid 473.85 EUR for 4 nights which was competitive to hotels without a pool and AirBnBs at the time. Great deal. Check in and out was easy, even in the early hours of the morning where other hotels may not be so flexible. The staff were always friendly.

We stayed at be.HOTEL and overall had a good experience, mainly because of the excellent location. It is right in the heart of St Julian’s with everything nearby, including restaurants, shops, bars and transport. The hotel is connected to a shopping centre, which was very convenient, with cafes and stores just downstairs. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely one of the highlights. The views were beautiful, especially in the evening. There is also a smaller pool with a jacuzzi on a lower floor, which was nice and more relaxing. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Not huge, but enough variety for most people to find something they like. Our room had a small kitchenette with a hob, microwave and fridge, which was very useful and gave flexibility if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Another nice touch was the drinking water stations on the corridors. The room comes with a jug, so you can refill it anytime instead of constantly buying bottled water. The room itself was fine and cleaned daily. Beds were made every day, towels replaced regularly and the bathroom was cleaned properly. However, cleanliness was a bit inconsistent. At one point we had a mattress protector that looked very dirty before it was replaced, and the balcony floor did not seem to have been cleaned for quite a while. The biggest downside was definitely the noise. The shopping centre below stays open late and creates quite a lot of noise on its own. The street directly beside the hotel is also full of bars and clubs, so it stays loud until around 2 or 3am every night, not just on weekends. Even with the windows closed, the noise was still noticeable. Light sleepers should definitely request a quieter room or bring earplugs. Reception staff were polite, although not especially warm or welcoming. The hotel also does not provide some amenities you might expect, such as toothbrushes or bathrobes. Overall, this is a good hotel in a fantastic location if you want to stay in the centre of the action. It has great facilities and convenience, but the noise and some cleanliness issues stop it from feeling like a true luxury stay.

Pokud máte zájem bydle na diskotéce nebo baru, je tento hotel ideální. Do 4 ráno (v prosinci) hluk z okolních barů. Hotel je součástí obchodního centra. Pokud bydlíte v budově A, musíte na snídaně do budovy B. Na 10 pater a 32 pokojů na patře jsou jen 2 výtahy. Prostor na snídaně malý, samotné snídaně 80%jídel jsou polotovary bez chuti. Káva ze sirupu. Tento hotel rozhodně není 4* hotel, ale slabá 3*.

Velmi špinavý hotel, pozor na extrémní hluk z ulice. 11. patrový panelák, neuvěřitelná masová záležitost. Snídaně jako v závodní jídelně, stovky lidi a málo prostoru. Pokud navštívíte Maltu, doporucuji spíše nějaký malý hotel ve Valete. Úplný nepoměr cena x výkon.
