Von aussen etwas unscheinbar und über die Mall erreichbar, ist das Hotel Weltklasse. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben uns die Zimmer, die zur Auswahl standen gezeigt und der Check-In war problemlos. Die Zimmer gross, sauber, schön eingerichtet. Der Zimmer interne Spa-Bereich super. Frühstück sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich, frisch. Personal durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I would give this hotel 5 stars! The rooms are amazing, comfortable, staff friendly, helpful. We stayed two nights in the room with double jacuzzi and steam room, it’s incredible experience. And one night we stayed in the room where on veranda we had a dry sauna and jacuzzi, and inside the room we’ve got steam sauna also. It’s so relaxing, so much comfortable and enjoyable experience. We’ve got a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate cake. Thank you so much. We also want to thank you to Tanja, receptionist, she is very nice and helpful, she suggested where to eat, what to visit, and she is always smiling and positive. We definitely will book again. It’s unforgettable experience

Well what a find this hotel was! The place is spotless, the staff are courteous knowledgeable and more than happy to help , they are a real credit to the lovely owners. We were greeted warmly and directed to our beautiful room with a jacuzzi and 2 sun loungers on the terrace. The bed was massive the room had a mini bar and a beautiful bathroom with rain shower. Ive stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one that i highly rate as being the best for the price point. The breakfast is perfect and always runs smoothly helped along by the attentive staff with an eye for detail and just focussed on giving guests a great experience. The hotel is central on Gozo island and everything is accessible by bus but we used taxis which we found to be reasonable and door to door. There is a shopping mall underneath the hotel with a large supermarket and plenty of other shops to browse. Our 2 weeks here have been nothing less than perfect and i highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for peace and quiet but service discretely nearby if you need it. 🇬🇧🇲🇹🇬🇧🇲🇹🇬🇧🇲🇹

This is one of those hotels that just beats expectations on every single front . Everything is wonderful . The staff are just beyond. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave ( longing to come back soon ) you are treated like royalty . This is a spotless cocoon in the heart of beautiful Gozo .

We came here for 1 night and the experience was incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and cleanliness was at top notch. Rooms are very nice and beds were really comfortable . The terrace with the jacuzzi was really relaxing with a nice view. The Breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of healthy options. Surely we will come again.

Staff really helpful with travel tips. Location great for old town/ restaurants, the citadel, and bus station for buses to everywhere. Everyone says that they never spend enough time on Gozo. Loads to do and see; much nicer than Malta.
