Really great complex to stay in, room was really great, clean and tidy. Air-conditioning spot on, bed was really comfortable to sleep in. Limited channels on TV, which wasn't an issue. Staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much, restaurant breakfast had a really great selection of hot and cold buffet, the hot food could of done with beening a bit hotter on a couple of day's. In the evening you had a really great choice of menu. X2 swimming pools, spa etc Really lovely surroundings.

Les plus :Très belles infrastructures, chambre spacieuse, restauration au top avec des produits de qualité. Personnel parfait Les moins : les piscines extérieures sont ouvertes aux locaux, aucun respect des règles, mangent dans la piscine, fument en dehors de la zone dédiée, téléphones en haut parleur dans la piscine, aucun transats de libre régulièrement et l’hôtel en plus diffuse de la musique très fort…. Pour lire ou se reposer c'est impossible. Et pour couronner le tout une dizaine de cafards tués dans la chambre….

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Urban Valley Hotel. I genuinely expected much better, but what I witnessed was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable. I was peacefully enjoying the buffet, trying to have a relaxing meal, when suddenly an influx of cockroaches came running everywhere. It wasn’t just one or two—it felt like they were appearing all around the dining area. To make matters even worse, I saw them coming from the direction of the kitchen, which was absolutely revolting. 🤮 At that moment, I completely lost my appetite. No guest should ever have to witness something like that while eating. It left me questioning the hygiene standards and cleanliness of the establishment, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. This was, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I have ever had. I left feeling disgusted and extremely disappointed. A hotel that serves food should maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and based on what I personally witnessed, those standards were clearly not met during my visit. If it were possible, I wouldn’t hesitate to give this place 1 star.

Our stay at this hotel in Malta was absolutely wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and well maintained. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and it is clear that the property is very well managed. The staff were one of the highlights of our experience. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to administrator Przemek. He is incredibly professional, kind, and able to solve any problem that may come up during your stay. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference. I can highly recommend staying here. Great service, excellent management, and a fantastic overall experience.

My stay at Urban Valley Resort was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and furnished in a modern style, making it a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The food was delicious and varied, with every meal prepared with great care and attention to detail. The staff deserve special recognition for being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. I would be delighted to return to this hotel on my next visit to Malta.

We were at the Urban Valley for 10 days in May, and it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and kept immaculately be the housekeeping staff. The food in the restaurant and bar was of a very high standard, and reasonably priced. The staff are a credit to the hotel - they are very professional and efficient, but at the same time we were always greeted with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the location may not suit everyone, being outside a resort, it was ideal for us, being quiet and restful. We found it very easy to get around using the hotel shuttle and Bolt taxis. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again if we return to Malta. Thank you to everyone there.
