We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping also deserves special praise – the cleanliness was excellent every single day, thanks to Umesh. The location is great. It’s a little far from the main city areas, but there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, so this was never a problem. Most of the nearby restaurants are owned by the hotel, and both the food and service were consistently excellent. As someone with food allergies, I really appreciated that the restaurants clearly label allergens on their menus. However, it was surprising that there was no allergen information at all on the breakfast buffet. Considering the high standard elsewhere, this is something that should definitely be improved. The pool area is very nice, although direct access to the sea could be better. The rooftop terraces are fantastic, with separate swimming areas for guests aged 13+ and 18+, which creates a great atmosphere. There are seven elevators in the hotel, but unfortunately you cannot choose whether you want to go up or down when calling one. As a result, the elevators stop on almost every floor, making them unnecessarily slow. In 2026, I would expect a much smarter system. On the day we checked out from our room on the 8th floor, it took us 10 minutes just to get four people and our luggage down to the lobby. The Wi-Fi also needs improvement. It frequently disconnects, and reconnecting takes far too long. The same applies to Cheeky Monkey, where football matches are shown on multiple TV screens. During every match we watched, the screens repeatedly went black and the sound disappeared every 8–10 minutes. This wasn’t a one-off issue—it happened every single time. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel gets so many things right, and with a few improvements to these final details, it would easily deserve a full five-star rating.

We stayed at the AX Odycy Hotel for 5 nights at the end of August and honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough! All staff were so helpful, professional and very friendly (especially kind to the children), no question was ever too much bother! The housekeeping staff are polite and do an amazing job, thank you to Sarmila who cleaned our room a few times and did a fab job. The pool areas are brilliant and kept extremely clean, the restaurants all serve lovely food at a very reasonable price, our favourite was Riccardos and the Crepe bar! The location of the hotel is beautiful, lovely views and easy access to Bolt & buses. We will definitely return for another stay at the Ax Odycy!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was always very clean with excellent air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you goes to our room attendant, Bishnu, who did an amazing job every day. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. In general, all of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. There were plenty of food options to choose from, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of fresh and delicious choices. The only downside was that the hotel did not have its own private beach area, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

We stayed here as part of larger family group to attend a wedding. The hotel was perfect for this as there were so many different spaces that catered for all age groups. The rooms are well appointed with nice facilities & balconies. I gave 4* as they were not exceptional but they are really nice and spotless. The large pool was fantastic for kids & adults alike but the adult only pool on the roof terrace was fantastic. The multiple on-site restaurants were all great as were the bars. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful & the restaurant was always clean & tidy. We were there in July so a super busy time & we never had to queue for a table or food. The staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful and positive.

Our recent 3 day stay at AX Odycy Hotel was a good experience overall. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, featuring a pleasant view that we really enjoyed. We were satisfied with the food (had booked all inclusive) which was tasty and well-prepared throughout our stay. We had one dinner at the Italian Restaurant Riccardo. That was very good and highly recommend. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff did a good job making us feel welcome. We also appreciated the clear, smooth communication and practical cooperation with the hotel management when we had questions. We had intended to stay for nine days but left early because of the hotel policy regarding age for the pool areas. Since we brought a 10 year old daughter we were not allowed to use the Cheeky Monkey waters. Only the family pool was allowed. This dident feel right since the Cheeky Monkey waters had plenty of free chairs and space which the family pool area dident. We dident like that so we left early. The management was very understanding and professional. The manager did a good job and sorted out all the financial issues before we left. Nicely done we were greatfull for his efforts.

È stata la nostra seconda vacanza in questo Hotel meraviglioso , ci hanno dato una stanza fronte mare stupenda , doppia stanza da letto con mini salottino. Il personale che si occupava della pulizia della nostra stanza Anil e il supervisore Rojat si preoccupavano che avessimo sempre asciugamani puliti e non ci mancasse nulla. Un ringraziamento speciale anche ad Abdul che sorvegliava gli scivoli del bambino, sempre sorridente e attento. Per chi ha bambini è l'ideale , possono giocare tranquilli in piscina e c'è anche il Kids Club dove possono passare alcune ore divertendosi con varie attività . Colazione e cena a buffet straordinari, sempre abbondanti e con tanta scelta. Tutto il personale è sempre attento gentile e cordiale. Amiamo questo hotel.
