My sister and I had unforgettable time enjoying the comfortable and spacious cozy room with a picturesque view to the serene pool. We especially thank Dina, Emanuel and Eleanor who extended a cordial outstanding Front Office service. Pietro's enthusiasm in welcoming will remain memorable. Yet, Avnish's delicate way of treating will always impress. We won't forget the smily dedicated faces of the devoted interns Clementine, Vanessa, Denise and Krassi from the restaurant either. The Kempinski Gozo is truly exceptional. My family and I travel a lot and it is rare for us to feel so strongly connected to a hotel as we do after our first stay (a week) here. It is so comfortable, welcoming and relaxing that it feels less like a hotel and more like a home. The staff – at the hotel, the restaurants and the spa – all feel like part of a community that is so kind and caring that it is hard not to feel completely at ease throughout a stay. We spent a week here, and are already looking forward to our next visit. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Furthermore, the Spa is world class. The treatment menu is incredible, and offers experiences that are truly unique – few spas in the world have this kind of offering. The Ayurvedic Doctor is a particular highlight as he was able to help direct a course of treatments that were restorative and healing on many levels.

This is a great hotel, we had a Junior Suite and it was great! The pools are great and big and deep which makes it more fun. The service was great too. But there was some things that I didn't like, most of the time I find dead bees and insects in the pools which I didn't like when they stuck to me and the tea wasnt that good. The price of stuff is too high but understandable since it's kind of a luxury hotel. Overall this is a good hotel just small things that are bad. The food is delicious not going to lie. This was a great experience I'll give this a 4 star.

A superb hotel, in a truly beautiful setting, Kempinski sets the standards for exceptional, personal service. We were staying for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty. I would like to specifically highlight front desk staff member Samuel who was exceptional throughout our stay. His manner was impeccable in particular when we requested our suite be moved to a more private location; Samuel handled it professionally , discreetly and immediately and with no hesitation and genuine concern to make absolutely certain that we were completely happy with our stay and this level of care continued for our entire 10 day stay. I could not fault this hotel, excellent food in all the restaurants, the pool staff were so attentive the rooms were comfortable with every amenity you could expect and their Auurvedic Spa experience was also magical. I could go on. It was the perfect resort for our honeymoon. Thank you Kempinski San Lawrenz for making our stay so special

This was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel in itself is very welcoming. The fact that they took the time to leave us a surprise in the room given that they knew it was a, mini-honeymoon for us was just perfect. It is not just because of luxury. It's being in a very quiet environment where you can disconnect from everything for a few days. The staff is wonderful and attentive to the guests needs. The pool is amazing and one can appreciate that there is a separate pool for children. The rooms are perfect - clean and with all amenities. Something more which I really appreciated were the lifts with the Maltese language. I think that deserves a big thumbs up. Breakfast and service were perfect. The restaurant options were good as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel combines beautiful surroundings with genuine five-star service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Every interaction with the team was professional, friendly, and attentive, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Deryk and the entire team, whose flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail made the planning and execution of our event completely seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was room drops, luggage handling, special requests, or last-minute changes. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt welcomed and cared for.
