Lovely hotel in a very nice and convenient location with great amenities. Included 2 videos, one is the sunrise view from my room, and the other is a view of the hotel from the street in front. I stayed at the Malta Marriott during a weekend trip. The hotel is located pretty close to the airport, about a 20 Euro cab ride away (in 2024). The hotel is in a great spot, picturesque and convenient for exploring Malta. It is near Balluta bay, around the border between St.Julians and Sliema. Balluta bay has a little beach and the street running alongside the coast is lined with scenic spots and restaurants. One evening during my stay, there was a party in the bar near the water below my room and I got a great fireworks display right from my room! I woke up to quiet mornings and beautiful sunrises (and the occasional crowing of roosters ha ha). The room was comfortable. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant that I visited once and also a nice concierge lounge with nice views and good appetizers and drinks, if you have access to it. There were also plenty of other amenities at the hotel that I did not use. You can get quick cab/rideshare rides from the hotel to Sliema or Valletta to explore the area. There is also a bus stop pretty close to it which is also convenient as there is a good local bus service to go to Sliema or Valletta. I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only minor glitch was that I had booked transportation from the airport and somehow they failed to deliver on it. However as the taxi from the airport was cheaper, it turned out better that way. I decided not to deduct any points for that minor mishap.

Such a beautiful hotel that is a constant reminder that you’re on vacation. We were in room 722 which had a great view of St. Julian’s Bay and so much bustling activity of the area. It was a great and lively location. The room was very spacious and just felt brand new. Everything was so convenient, with plenty of outlets on both sides of the bed. The only negative was that there was no standard outlet in the bathroom. There was only an outlet for shavers. A space for toiletries and personal items under the countertop and in the water closet would’ve also been nice. We made it work. The staff was so delightful and helpful. They truly made our first visit to Malta amazing.

Amazing hotel with the absolute best staff, they make your stay even better. Stayed at many hotels but this is by far the best. Exceptionally clean from top to bottom and they're cleaning constantly. Nothing is too much trouble from the lovely people looking after you in your room to the amazing staff in the bar and restaurant. Was a joy coming back to the hotel and having food or drinks on the Atrio Patio in the evening. Loved watching the footy with guests and staff alike. Area is brilliant too, left to Spinola Bay or right thro the streets to Sliema. 20 minute walk takes you straight to the Ferry Terminal. Buses to everywhere right outside the hotel. Pool Deck on level 12 for 16 years and above was brilliant except for the few selfish people who put towels out early morning then disappear till later in the day. It's made even worse as there aren't that many sunloungers, only 34ish I think. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, service and amenities. Great views of the bay, close to Valetta airport, easily accessible via Uber/Bolt or even public transportation. There's a cute beach across the hotel if you want sea water or use the pools available at the hotel- indoor and outdoor as well. One of the best breakfast buffet bars I've seen, plenty of options for everyone with different dietary restrictions. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the bar on the 13th floor. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting the island.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Malta Marriott Hotel befindet sich ein einer sehr guten Lage. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich die Meerpromenade sowie die Busstation in Richtung Sliema und Valetta. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Abends kam immer ein Angestellter von der Hauswirtschaft und fragte uns, ob wir für unser Zimmer noch etwas benötigen würden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Bei Anliegen ist das Hotel hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Ein grosser Teil des Personals war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere bei Cristy, Eliana, Valentina, Gayan, Renalyn, Bimaka sowie Kathrik möchten wir uns für Ihre Freundlichkeit vom ganzen Herzen bedanken und hoffen sehr, dass wir im nächsten Jahr das Hotel wieder besuchen dürfen und uns wieder sehen. Herzlichen Dank an den Barman für das tolle Cocktail an unserem letzten Abend.

I had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the Malta Marriott, and above all, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Durga and Alisha, whose exceptional hospitality made my experience particularly special. I had the pleasure of meeting Durga and Alisha during breakfast and at Cala Lido by Marriott. From the very beginning, they were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. They regularly checked whether I needed anything and always made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. What impressed me most was that their hospitality never felt simply routine or expected—it felt sincere and personal. Durga and Alisha truly represent the kind of hospitality that makes guests remember not only a hotel, but also the people they met there. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a significant difference to my stay, and I believe they are a true credit to the Marriott team. Their outstanding service deserves special recognition. In fact, they are one of the main reasons I would choose to stay at the Malta Marriott again. I sincerely hope that I will have the opportunity to see Durga and Alisha again on my next visit. I would like to extend my deepest thanks to both of them for their exceptional hospitality and for leaving me with such warm and unforgettable memories of my stay in Malta. The hotel itself was also excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was pleasantly cool and comfortable, and even the elevators were cool, spacious, and convenient. The balcony was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful view, and the comfortable bed, spa, and swimming pool facilities made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Bikash, who took excellent care of my room, kept everything clean and comfortable, and thoughtfully made sure I had everything I needed. His care and attention were greatly appreciated as well. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel upon arrival and use the shower facilities at the spa before check-in. It was extremely convenient and made my arrival much more comfortable. Overall, the facilities, comfort, and service were excellent. But above all, it was the people who made this stay truly memorable. Durga and Alisha, in particular, turned an excellent hotel stay into a genuinely special experience. Thank you to the entire team, and my very special thanks once again to Durga and Alisha. I would happily return to the Malta Marriott, and I truly hope their exceptional service and dedication receive the recognition they deserve.
