Alright,so this is my experience with this hotel just recently. - Number 1,less of the stuff to help on reception with large amount of people waiting to get their room and luggage collected…lot of time of waiting during check-in. - Next thing is room sarvice - we had to call 2x with 20min delay to bring us ice and water. For the regular normal water bottle they wanted to charge us extra! After we complained because its unusual then they didn’t. - On summer time they charge extra for sun beds,which are very average,plastic like beds as if we are on the public beach,they all should be free considering that 1 day of staying in their hotel costs lot already. - Westin is better hotel,faster,better location(you have private beach access also),room service is fast and easy…

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Hilton Malta. The hotel has many strengths: the location is excellent, the pool areas are great, and the bars are definitely worth visiting. The concierge team and housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Emilia at breakfast, who was the highlight of our mornings. Her warmth, professionalism, and positive attitude made every breakfast experience memorable. Unfortunately, the arrival experience at checkin was very disappointing. As a Hilton Diamond member, my status was not recognized at check-in until I pointed it out myself after being informed that breakfast was not included. I was then told that Diamond members have to pay an additional €15 per person to access the main breakfast restaurant. Having stayed at other Hilton properties, including Porto and Berlin, where breakfast quality was superior and fully included for Diamond members, I found the surcharge difficult to justify and even heard from other Diamond members they were not charged? I was also surprised that no room upgrade was offered despite what appeared to be significant room availability during my stay. One of the key benefits of Hilton Diamond status is space-available upgrades, so this was disappointing. Late Check-Out was asked but could only be granted until 13.30 The room itself was spacious but felt somewhat dated and basic for a Hilton property. Perhaps the Executive Floor offers a different experience, but our room on the 7th floor could benefit from refurbishment. Overall, Hilton Malta offers a great location, excellent facilities, and some truly outstanding team members. However, the Diamond member recognition and check-in experience left room for improvement.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful lobby, stunning staircases, and very stylish design. The view from the room is simply amazing — overlooking the sea and the pools. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Malta! ❤️ A special thank you to Mona, the very attentive receptionist, for her care and kindness! The NEBA restaurant at the hotel offers delicious food and very friendly, attentive staff. And the chef cooks the food like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! 😍 There is also a restaurant and bar by the pool overlooking the sea — the food is delicious there too, and the cocktails are both beautiful and tasty! 🍹 Overall, this hotel has everything you need for a happy and relaxing holiday! There is also a pool for children, while the different areas are thoughtfully separated so that both families with children and adults looking for a peaceful getaway can enjoy their time. I absolutely loved everything. A truly fantastic hotel! ❤️

First time stopping at the Hilton in Malta and very impressed with the hotel. Excellent room (841) which was always cleaned early and well stocked. Fantastic gym facilities and pool area well maintained. Although we were only B and B breakfast was always excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful stay (2 weeks)

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable. The à la carte restaurant, which required an additional charge, served good-quality food. However, the food in the main restaurant was disappointing, with limited variety and below-average quality. One thing I would like to mention is that smoking was not allowed on the restaurant terrace. I have stayed in several much more luxurious hotels across Dubai, and this was never an issue, so I found this rule a bit unusual. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I am simply sharing these comments as constructive feedback that may help improve the guest experience.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming during check-in, and throughout the stay, every staff member I encountered—from the housekeeping team to the concierge—was polite and eager to help. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here; they anticipate your needs without being overbearing, which made the stay feel very seamless. The food was easily one of the best parts of the trip surly come back again ❤️
