Hotel is great, pools are fantastic and location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and welcoming.....however... The hotel does not respect the "Do not disturb" sign that you hang on your door. The house keepers and duty supervisor constantly ringing the bell to our room when having an afternoon nap. This is a daily occurrence where the hotel needs to review their policy. We are early risers and enjoy an afternoon nap however this is not possible at this hotel, we were woken daily. We will not book this hotel again simply due to this. If your looking to relax in Bali, expect to be woken up after 2pm if hanging the do not disturb sign and trying to enjoy a afternoon nap...even after explaining if I want my room clean I will hang up the "Please make up room sign" I don't like to think what would occur if the door was not answered???? Unauthorised entry I assume. Never experienced this in the 100+ hotels I've stayed in.

My wife n myself would like to express our biggest gratitude n appreciation to everyone that has helped us during our unfortunate experience stay in Bali. Due to an unwanted n horrible road accident hapoened to my wife, our emotions were in turmoil. Thanks to the helped n compassion of the hotel staffs, my wife was able to be experience some happines n joy being in Truntum. Big thank you to Nina(Guest Relation), Indayani(Front Desk/Reception) n Bu Yani(Duty Manager). Not forgetting all the bellboys, HQ BBQ restaurant staffs for the help n assistance. My wife, Evelyn, was so touched n impress with the attention n service given by all of you during her very short stay. Wish she could have stayed abit longer to enjoy the beautiful sea view n hotel beauty. We will definitely come back again, hopefully by next year, to visit all of you. Looking forward to our next meet n stay. Until my wife is all well n recovered. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH all you beautiful people!!!

Heerlijke vakantie met onze pubers gehad! Warm welkom met een welkomstdrankje! Perfecte ligging in het centrum met zwembad aan het strand! Het personeel had alle aandacht voor je, ook met verjaardagen! Ze onthouden zelfs je naam!

Visited Hattrick at Truntum Hotel Kuta and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly, and the snack platter was perfect for sharing. Enjoying it with a cold Singaraja Beer made the experience even better. Great value, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel ini bagian dari HIG (di bawah Injourney, BUMN) tapi treatment stafnya terutama security nya sangat tdk ramah ke WNI. Saya masuk selalu dicurigai dan selalu ditodong mau ngapain dan ditanya nomor kamar berapa, sangat tidak nyaman dan sounded very disrespectful. Tapi kalau WNA lewat bebas saja tuh tdk ditodong pertanyaan gitu. Apa karena saya dan teman teman saya pakai kerudung lalu terlihat seperti tdk appropriate tampilannya utk menginap di sini? Entah lah pokoknya tempat ini tidak ramah WNI padahal dikelola BUMN. Payah.

We're from Jakarta and this was our first time staying here. We booked a Deluxe Room, in 1307 and 1308. From 13-15 July 2026. The hotel is indeed a bit dated, and the furniture feels a little old-fashioned too, but it's still okay. There are 3 swimming pools, and the beach access is the best you'll find in the Kuta area. I don't think any other hotel in Kuta has beach access like Truntum's. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dark, since the lighting is quite dim, which gives the room a somewhat gloomy vibe. For the ladies, it's a bit tricky to do your makeup in there. But other than that, there's really nothing to complain about. With the pools, you get to pick whichever one you like, and breakfast has a pretty good variety too. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bali.
