A very good and catchy hotel in prime area Sanur Bali. Artotel has a unique design of the hotel in almost all area including the rooms. Close to almost all Sanur sightseeing, restaurant and shopping area. Also a strategic location if you want to go around Bali such as Denpasar, Jimbaran, Kuta, Ubud and many more. Good clean, comfy room and bed, room are spacious, good bathroom amenity, good water pressure, nice decor, good flooring. They had good breakfast spread and selections. Good quality food, western and Indonesian selections. love the granola, Jajanan Pasar (traditional snacks) assorted bakery (the croissant and Salt Bread were amazing). Juice and Coffee were also good quality and taste. Just little feed back, to provide Sambal and crackers for the indonesian food selections. Thank you

I stay with my family at Artotel Sanur and it was an amazing experience! The rooms is very clean, the hospitality was top notch! Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Love the ambiance of the hotel. The rooftop pool makes me want to go back! Definitely a great place to stay in Bali!

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT si vous souhaitez vous reposer et/ou si vous avez de jeunes enfants !! Il n'y a aucun rapport entre le prix exhorbitant de cet hotel et le niveau de qualité et de service fournis... je m'explique, afin que chacun puisse choisir en connaissance de cause : - l'hotel est par design extrêmement BRUYANT (oui, même la nuit) car tout est "ouvert" et que la musique et les bruits du rdc remontent à tous les étages. Impossible de dormir convenablement. - l'hotel est par design DANGEREUX pour les jeunes enfants du fait du risque de CHUTES à travers les escaliers et les structures métalliques qui font office de murs, mais un enfant de moins de 3 passe aisément à travers les barreaux... j'avais peur pour mon enfant tout le temps. - le restaurant est vraiment mediocre. Certes, le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a du choix (c'est pour cela qu'on l'avait choisi initialement) mais le reste de la carte n'est pas au niveau. Aussi nous sommes tombés sur des MORCEAUX DE VIANDE AVEC PEAU + POILS DE L'ANIMAL... dégoûtant... ca n'a pas semblé choquer le staff, qui nous a offert seulement le plat... - LE SPA N'EN EST PAS UN. Ce sont trois pauvres pieces entre la piscine et les toilettes dont ils ne savaient visiblement pas quoi faire... le seul massage que j'ai testé était extrêmement DOULOUREUX et absolument PAS RELAXANT. J'ai eu de bien meilleurs massages, pour bien moins cher, dans les boui boui en bas de la rue !! Gardez votre argent :) - enfin, et c'est peut être ca le problème de fond, le staff ne semble être composé que de jeunes, INEXPERIMENTES, dont les sourires ne parviennent pas à rattraper les BOURDES COMMERCIALES et de service accumulées ! Tout devenait une montagne : demander du simple riz + poulet grillé pour notre fils allergique, commander un café et le faire facturer sur la chambre, obtenir un geste commercial pour le massage catastrophique qui m'a fait perdre des cheveux... bref, on est très loin des prestations auxquelles s'attendre à Bali !! Le contraste avec l'hotel d'où l'on venait était violent...

I stayed for two nights starting March 8, 2026. The location is convenient, with local warungs, convenience stores, Korean restaurant, Japanese warungs and restaurants, hamburger restaurant, and a famous Italian restaurant all nearby, as well as reliable money changer and laundry shops. The rooms are spacious enough, and the restroom is with a bidet seat—a must-have for Japanese guests (though it’s a manual and basic model, it works well)—and the rooftop pool is also quite large. The only downside is the significant gap in the individual skills of the front desk staff; the level of service varies drastically depending on who you speak to. I have already reported these specific topics to the hotel’s attention. I strongly hope that the hotel will become an even more comfortable and excellent place to stay. Thank you all for my comfortable days in Sanur.

Nice smaller hotel located near the beach, shops and plenty of restuarants. Excellent breakfast, staff very attentive and a rooftop pool. Happy hour from 12-3pm and pool food menu available with some specials of by one get one pizza. Overall this hotel is comfortable and affordable.

Lovely modern hotel close to beach and shops. Service exceptional. Constantly cleaning the floors. Breakfast was amazing and had yakult which was a nice touch. Free bottled water in room and beauty products. No Signage at front eye level so hard to find in a car. Pool is good but the wooden deck is nearly dangerous and needs to be replaced. The centre of the whole hotel is open to the roof so you will hear the entertainment in the restaurant and echo noises in every room.
